I love LKQ. I have a customer for over 40 years. I have seen so many changes during those 40+ years... and I can say that I feel grateful to the the people dedicated to offer US the opportunity to re-use... save money... and save the planet by re-using. I know... Many people won't agree with me... but I'm happy with my thinking. I love LKQ. If you have time and nothing to do... Go to any LKQ location close to you... and Enjoy... Relax... and Get more Automotive Experience. All the vehicles are there for you. Entrance... $3 bucks and everyday open.

Lazy management of any place. Cashiers asked you what part are you getting tell them what your getting then they charge you for other parts don’t bother informing you because they know if you don’t get the warranty you can’t do anything. On top of that we pull parts BS try getting any information about how much it cost to pull a part they don’t know anything won’t bother helping you.

They want full price for damaged parts, where i can get the same or cheaper on eBay, rude staff think they own the world! The manger Stephan claims to have 8 years experience of auto parts when he doesn’t even know what a bumper filler is? Most of the time they ask you in a rude manner or just grab your tools to look inside? Feels like you entering state prison no a junk yard ! And for your tax account they never gave me or informed me for activation, or give an account number, so you cant basically use it ….. it is mess

Literally just walked out of this place. I hope to never ever come back. One of the worst LKQ yards and I’ve been to a few. I came from the Los Angeles County area only because I found a specific color vehicle like mine, a hard to find brown metallic and I wanted the fender. I found the vehicle online via LKQ inventory search. This yard Unlike other yards, which are divided by import and domestic GM, Ford and trucks,SUVs in a section etc. Rialto in this yard all cars, trucks, SUVs are scattered everywhere it literally took me 30 minutes to find the vehicle. Online it will say what section and row However, Rialto doesn’t have not one sign directing you towards any type of row or section. Apart from that long lines to pay now you would think it’s because business is booming well locals have no choice but to put up with walking a marathon to find their vehicle but reason for those lines lines are because the cashiers are extremely slow. For me Once at the window the cashier named Estefan guy with a full beard was rude like if I owed him something no, you’re providing a service this is not free only because I asked to remove the warranty he said all rude OK if it doesn’t fit there is no exchanges! yeah bro I’m getting a Chevy fender to put on a Ford vehicle I’m trying to fit this truck fender on my 2 door coupe.. overall the worst experience if your time is money definitely don’t come here.

Interesting thing about big corporations is that they almost always ignore early warning signs of unhealthy business dynamics and their failures. For example, we see plenty of negative reviews here upon which one could improve and take necessary adjustments to improve business, like customers complaining about astronomical price increases which fall on deaf ears. A simple issue, a freely provided information, literally goes ignored. The same corporation will hire a 3rd party "marketing, consulting and research" company to figure out why their sales are low. You are selling JUNK, hence the name junkyard. Your prices should correspond to your menu. Common sense....

The cleanest pick a part from the LKQ corporation, you don’t step into any oil pools or slippery grounds, bring your tools and a hat, download the LKQ app, to make it easy to search for the vehicles with pictures , you find lots of Japanese and European , domestic and suv and truck’s

Kind is expensive for used car parts, it should be regulated, there seemed to be alot of hazardous material. People with special needs don't seem welcome, workers don't treat them right. While some people are just doing their job, others are very lazy and don't like to deal with their responsibilities. I don't know why come some to work if that's the case. There is the entrance worker that is very lazy, and a jerk.
- SSteph Laray
No one answers the phone. The website isn’t user friendly. I wish it were a way to do a serious complaint. They’ll answer if you’re selling a car and they gonna make money. Buy as far as parts. Fly a kite or make an in person visit.

Overpriced! Coming here is worse than the dealership. The price for an engine control module is $100. They are all over eBay for $25-$35 max and in some cases that’s including shipping. What a rip off there’s a reason people come to the salvage yard to pick their own parts so the price can be reasonable, the 45 minute drive was a complete waste of my time
- MMalek Rakouki
A steering wheel will cost $70 instead of 29.99 as the website says due to the switches it has these guys are idiots they just want to rob you for your time

Over the last week I have been dealing with the Rialto yard, and the manager Steffan. He has helped me along the way as I have been looking for a particular part. This has included having to visit some other LKQ yards. Getting my T-Bird and Camry parts here in Rialto was a pleasant experience. I had some difficulties at some neighboring yards and Steffan has helped out with some of the difficulties. In fact, I was able to get some other needed parts, in addition I was able to utilize their part removal services for a fair price. His staff was helpful and courteous. I can’t comment to the prices, in a negative manner (as everything has gone up) but the value is still there, and I find the prices reasonable considering this is California.. Ending this review of the facility, I have nothing negative to write, and I hope that with my future visits that I won’t have a reason to.

Jackie and Antonio were great help! Assisted me with my battery issue for my car, handle the situation in a professional and quick manner, definitely recommend this place.
- DDavid Babb
Workers were very friendly and helpful with my part removal. Had it ready the next day. Thank you!

Have to pay for parts on any vehicle that they have in their speciality area. They thought it was funny to rip people off
- MMr. M
Prices for used parts are way out of line. Admission is now $ 5.00 just to get . People think very hard if your going to ANY of the pick a junk yards. There are NO bargins to be had. Their pricing structure is crazy and not worth the admission price to get in. They are Gouging ALL the customers at ALL the pick your junk yards now. Buyer beware , YOU have now been warned.... . Greed and more greed to come in the future.

Some time ago I visited this establishment to purchase rims. I found wheels of very poor quality. These wheels had the rims that I was in urgent need of. The staff informed me I had to remove the wheel from the rim but they’re machine to do so was out of order. Due to the urgency of my situation, I took the wheels and dismounted them at my home and brought them back to the establishment. They did not take back their wheels and were extremely rude, dehumanizing, and condescending. I found this to be incredibly unfair as it was their wheels and their machine was out of order. Frustrated, I left the wheels there for them. Months later I returned and spent half my day looking for and removing parts for a job a client had already paid for. When I was at the register I was told that I was banned and could not return. The staff, again, were extremely rude, dehumanizing, and condescending. I was kicked out of the establishment with no warning leaving the parts I had spent all day choosing behind. They refused to even refund me my entrance fee. I informed my client of my situation. My client understood and visited their establishment to attempt to purchase the parts I had spent half my day day working for. Upon arrival, they also refused to let my client purchase the parts. I find this incredibly unfair. I have visited this establishment many times in the past before this incident and find it extremely disappointing that they would treat clientele this way.

Good place to get parts for my Silverado but they rarely have any Chevy Silverados that are 2006 luckily they had this one

Been going here for years. Decided recently to restructure how things are priced at checkout. Pulled a complete front bumper cover, fog lights, grilles, etc. No reinforcement bar. Was charged for every little thing separately. Total ended up coming to 460$ for a not so great part, damaged, that I payed 130$ for two months ago. You can find a similarly priced part at a full service yard. Pulled and delivered to your shop for about the same, from LKQ! Old business model was that you were trading your time and labor to save a buck. Now not so much. Needless to say the part got left behind. I did buy a couple little things, but for nearly triple what I had payed before. Don't see this restructuring working in their favor
- JJulio Avalos
The line to pay its terrible also if you didn't take a picture from the car the you are taking parts off they make you go back to take pictures or the info
- CCarl Flemister
The rude short lady working at the window overcharged me for a headlight. I tried to show her the part number so she could see it was a holgen headlight. She said she could not go off any information online. She also could not give any reason why she was changing me the premium price for the light. She rudely told me I could contact the corporate office if I didn't like it! I've tried calling several numbers to contact the corporate office for two days now. It keeps going to the voice mail. I now see the reason why they act so rude, no consequences! She was quick to rudely say call corporate because she knew I couldn't get in touch with them!

I love going to Pick a Part. It's my Disneyland! The service, however, at the Rialto location would put a certain mouse to shame. When I told the gu6 at the front, signing everyone in that,"the only 'parts I had in my tool bag were body parts," rather than looking at me with disgust , he instead chuckled and told me I was in the right place and to pick a trunk! Hahaha! When the temp reached 100, around noon, they were giving free water. These guys and gals are kind, patient and knowledgeable. I found my new 'home store."
- ttibor tildy
Horrible experience with Customer Service. They basically think that they have parts of gold. They rather you throw the part away than to make a sale LKQ will make you pay for every single bolt cam sprocket everything. do not shop here! Got into an argument with the salesperson over integrated fuse box,(115.00)and a fuse box (29.00) basically told me if I don’t pay what they want. then just throw the part away very disappointed

**AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COST** Should've looked at the reviews prior to making the driver. yard is very unorganized, nothing is where it's supposed to be according to the website. Don't get me started on pricing, they charge you as much if not more for something you can get a the dealer new and ignore their online pricing for items. Totally unacceptable. **AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COST**
- CCarlos Gonzalez

Nice yard , had what I needed. The guy at the front gate was really great to deal with. The lady at the check out was very nice too. The prices are getting really high and beware of the “90 day warranty” scam! If you don’t tell them you don’t want it, they’ll charge you for it!
- DDouglas Heatley
Great values here, i once pulled an engine for $600, a long block

- 9909carcast909
Pick a part sure isn’t what it use to be! $5 entry fee, parts way overpriced, and they want to charge for every single piece that is attached to the part! Never going back, sticking with OfferUp
- KKhek Sayavong
Love the place been going there over 21yrs, I know many old timers will agreed when I say this. The price on everything is almost the same price as the dealer. I'm thinking the cashiers has been marking it up for them to make extra in their pockets. Not a fool and I rather pay the dealers price.
