Extremely friendly staff!! They are always available and ready to help us unload scrap off our truck & trailer! Plus they take just about everything including car batteries! Thanks Olson's you're now the only place we will take our extra scrap metal!!

Just got off the phone with them. Guy picks up and says hello. I say to hold on a sec so I can adjust my phone on my ear and he starts yelling "HELLO CAN I HELP YOU" before I even get my phone over to the other ear!<br><br>Then I ask him if he can hear me and he yells it again, cutting me off. Now I don't know if he's yelling cause he can't hear me or of he's frustrated so I repeat myself one more time to make sure he can hear me.<br><br>"YES I CAN HEAR YOU WHAT DO YOU WANT"<br><br>I want to do business with someone else now. Only reason I asked if he could hear me was so that he could have an easier time helping me... I was trying to nice and was met with aggression. Absolutely never going to this junkyard.
