My 2018 Silverado wouldn’t start last week. Called Key Chevy,Ben told me to have the truck towed over. They would try and look at it that afternoon. My truck arrived around 10:00 am @ 3:30 Ben called told me my truck was fixed. I’m not a customer,never been to the dealership. Very impressed with the service. Highly recommend Key Chevy. On a trip to the White River Junction area of VT from Peterborough NH my 1981 Corvette lost its brakes. Luckily I was able to safely cajole the Corvette into the parking lot of Key Chevrolet of White River. All the staff here was exceptionally helpful. Benjamin, on staff, went out of his way and contacted an auto rental agency to help us get wheels to continue our trip. While, unfortunately, Key Chevrolet could not service my car as they were booked out three weeks, they helped every way possible to lessen the discomfort of our situation. I would certainly recommend them to anyone because their treatment of us when we needed assistance speaks volumes about the treatment I'm sure they provide their customers! George was very knowledgeable. He listened and explained perfectly. Even went out of his way to help me.My truck was perfect in every way. The parts department worked with me for long time to make sure I got the tires I really wanted.The dealership was very clean and everyone was very kind. What a wonderful experience.

I recently went into this dealership for a minor recall fix and an oil change. I was quickly informed, however, that much more work was needed including an oil leak that presumably left stains on the service bay reception floor even though there were no oil stains at all where I park my truck on our driveway. The issue MUST have occurred in the 30 minute drive to the dealership.$1,400 and seven hours later, my truck was all "fixed." To say I felt extremely taken is a gross understatement. This experience completely reaffirmed my long standing conviction that dealership service operations are their biggest revenue stream and easily outpace new vehicle sales. Further, "recalls" and "free" inspections are mere smokescreens to get vehicles in for "service."Will I visit this dealership again for service or a new vehicle? Absolutely not.

Recently drove from Utica, NY, to look at, and possibly purchase a car here. Decided against the car as it wasn't a good fit for me, but the sales team were fantastic, and refunded my deposit no questions asked! Thanks Mike, and Christal! You guys rock!

Jesse went above and beyond to help me trade in my old vehicle to get a new one - he was actively communicating during his week off, stayed late so we could pick up the new car, and repeatedly looked back on inventory and updated me until the right fit came in.
