    Never Order something that has to be shipped. They don’t care where your parts end up. My parts were suppose to take 5 business days to get to new haven. Hartford Chuck and eddie’s decided they didn’t wanna get them for a whole week later. I made several calls where they told me they would get them from new haven and call me when they have them. I recieved 0 phone calls. Then when i called them to see if it was ready for pick it up, THEY HAVENT EVEN PICKED IT UP FROM NEW HAVEN YET. I will never be shipping parts thru you guys again.

    Went in everyone except the worker in the corner was doing there job the other guy sat playing on his phone asked to help another customer that came after me n i was never asked to be helped. They are getting worse to the point I rather order from a website or go to the pick n pull!

    Don’t ever drop off a car it Hartford worst place ever. No where to turn around with a trailer and broke my trailer fender taking the car off. What junkyard doesn’t have forks long enough to take a car off from the back. Shoulda just stayed home

    Service was weird I stood their 15mins and was told.. b with you in a min 5 times only for a male to walk in an be served b4 me 😡😡finally I was waited on for a pard I'd paid 4 in advance and took 3weeks to get. Tail light domes.

    Absolutely horrible customer service I just called them to ask if they had a part for my car and the person on the phone said “it’s a very old car and there were barely any on the road to begin with” in a very angry tone, I will never buy parts from these clowns take your business elsewhere

    The worst place I have ever been to !Do not go here .I called ahead of time and asked if they will put a rim and tire onto my car and they said “yes”When I got it towed there they told me they don’t do repairs . Very very unprofessional .
