They had complimentary coffee so I was happy. And it was all done in less than an hour! They were great!

This dealership would be my second one ever going to. My very first one was not a pleasant experience for me unfortunately. I came here looking for a family SUV with good miles and overall a decent vehicle. Done the pre approval stuff online and received a phone call the next day from Jim Brown. Jim understood my needs and worked with the financial department to get my husband and I approved for a car. We live in Iowa and we were in the area and decided to take a look at the other cars while waiting to hear back about the approval. Jim came in on his day off after finding out that we were there looking at vehicles that they had. Went test driving with me for a 2018 Chevorlet Equinox AWD LT. My husband and I fell in love with the SUV. Jim and the financial associate pushed to get us approved and at a decent monthly payment. Jim also was very sweet and sat with us while we waited for everything to go through. We were able to drive home in a new much needed vehicle. I also wanted to point out that they had a decent inventory of vehicles and were quite busy. Thank you Jim Brown for helping us getting a vehicle that was worth everything that we've been through since starting this journey. Come in for and oil change and I’m told I need service on something else. I return months later for oil change and I’m told that the part that needed service last visit is good and I’ve not serviced it since last visit. So your telling me that my truck just fix’s itself!?! I feel the dealership is just trying to make money off me for work that’s not needed

Nate and Billy were super great! Very low-pressure, and they truly went above and beyond to try to meet our terms. We couldn't make the deal happen, but we will definitely keep them in mind in the future. Everyone was so nice when my toddler was bopping around the salesroom floor. Highly recommend!
