Worked with Matt after finding my part online. Matt was very helpful ensuring I could get my part and it was in good condition. Shipping from Omaha to Grand Haven, MI it got a small dent and some paint rubbed off. Matt reviewed, sent me pictures of how it shipped, and offered me a refund for the shipping costs so i can get fixed. He was very understanding and made no issue about the problem, just wanted to take care of me. Kosicki seems like a great place to get parts.

I am writing this review for the sake of solidarity to its owner Mr KOSISKI. I have met the guy and he seems very business oriented. There are three parts companies in Omaha - LKQ, United and this one. United and LKQ are way better in customer service - they answer the phone (no excuses with EXTREMELY high volume calls), they don’t charge additional fees on card payment transactions, they don’t eat nor chew at their counter desks, and they greet you with smile. They do work with you on their prices. Something to think about if you want to run your business better in this competitive market. I am sure as a member of the Dealer Board you know how to have a meeting with your own employees and address the issues.

I bought a 2019 front clip but it came with a badly damaged grille. I have emailed Kosski but have not received any response. my damage is $350. Very bad service there!!! *******now there is talk about refund but when I contact them they are refused any cooperation!!!

I will not buy from this company again. Bought a remanufactured transmission for 04 Dodge 4X4. It was delivered the next day-great. Had mechanic install with new clutch kit, flywheel, throwout bearing, slave cylinder etc & the suggested oil. Drove 3 or 4 miles & jumped out of 6th gear. The warranty is a joke--claim denied. And was insulted & argued with! Had mechanic tear transmission apart & had bad syncro ring & lots of contamination in case! Thanks for costing me more money!!!!!

Purchased a used taillight for $80. Within a week, the clear lens had fallen off exposing the bulbs to weather. Website says that warranty covers defective parts for 90 days. Called and the rep said they can't be responsible for that. If having an integral piece of the tail light fall off within a week isn't a defect, then what qualifies as a defect?! May have been less than a week... just noticed it a week after purchase.

If I could give them a 0 star I would! They advertised a wheel for $95 on car-part.com. I expected to pay shipping being that I live in Iowa however they hit me with basically a core charge on a rim which nowhere does. With shipping and the “core charge” it was $198. I would have been fine with paying that however I when I received the rim it was in absolutely garbage condition! I won’t even put it on my car it’s so bad! I highly suggest not to do business with this company if you can not physically go there and see what you are buying first! They will show you pictures of one thing and send you a completely different product! DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY!!

I bought my whole row seat directly on their website and got confirmation email on Tuesday, tracking number on Thursday, and the part was delivered my house on the next Monday morning! I didn’t have to call in to deal with any salesman, play the bargain games, then pay over the phone and “must have a business address” to receive my item (like all other places). Shopping here feels like buying a shirt from an online store. Big inventory, clear pictures of their stuff to zoom in, show actual price and actual shipping cost with no hidden fees and they ship nationwide to any address type. I’m happy.
