    Great experience, never been to a pull it yard so I had no idea what to expect. Thankfully L&L does the hard part for ya, so most of it is waiting in a nice air conditioned room while they get what you need. Left there with a great condition side mirror, a fair price, and a smile. Will be returning for other parts on my car soon enough! Pic: before and after, the new red mirror is in great quality!

    Bought a transmission for a 4 wheel drive suburban. Pulled the pan to put in a new filter and there was no filter in the pan not to mention a solenoid was broke as well. Replaced the solenoid and that was a waste as the transmission is junk. Want change out of 2nd gear due to slippage in the transmission. Don't waste your time here. Look at the other reviews

    This business is FAR from professional. David (the manager), had an attitude as soon as he got on the phone and by the end of the call was rude and insulting. Definitely not how you treat a paying customer. WILL NOT DO BUISNESS HERE EVER AGAIN! Vendor cannot even pick up a core that they charge 200.00 for because they do not have the proper equipment to do so.

    Best part service in the state. Picked up 2 Chevrolet doors, they were slick as glass. The man at the front desk was kind and knowledgeable. He was super helpful. They are my first choice when it comes to auto parts.

    Called to ensure if they had a specific part. Was confidently assured that they had it. Wasted time driving there and back, and waiting in line at the location to eventually be told they did not have it.

    Be aware of these people, They are all scammers, I purchased an ABS from them and it arrived damaged, When I called them back they wouldn’t listen to me and kept putting me on hold, They didn’t refund me the money back and wouldn’t attend my calls or response to my emails. I wish I could give them 0 stars.

    On phone they said they had the parts. When I got there, I told them parts I need. They said wait a few mins and an hour later, nothing. I just left. Won’t be back. Zero customer service.

    Scroll down and see how many one star this place has. This should tell you something. Waited for three hours just to look at some parts and then they couldn’t finish because they were in a hurry. My guess is the manager is probably one of the owners because there’s no way a regular paid manager who managed a business this way would still keep this job and operate a business this way. Should’ve been fired long time ago.

    This is the 2nd worst salvage yard in NC I had the displeasure of dealing with. Paid for the part and shipping, now a month out and still no part. They seem more interested in bragging about gross monthly sales than just getting a customer what they already paid for

    I really wish i could’ve left 0 stars! highly do not recommend coming to this establishment, as soon as i pulled in i knew that there was nothing good going to come out of it but i figured i’d give them the benefit of the doubt considering they said the part was in good condition. walked in and immediately was greeted with nothing but rudeness, stacy had one smart alec remark after another, now keep in mind he hung up on me three times before i got there. First time i called he picked up and i said hey bossman i wa- he cut me off and told me to hold and then hung up after putting me on hold, second time i called he picked up and said “L&L” and i responded and he hung up again, third time i called he said “HELLO?!” and i responded HELLO….hung up again. last time i called i said “ man you hung up on me three times” his response was “ if someone’s not talking and doesn’t respond to me i hang up, i responded with i spoke everytime and had great cell service so there was no problem in connection, and even if you didn’t hear me you barely gave me any time at all to respond before hanging up.. anyways i ask to see the part and sit down “in line” which is a straight up joke to them. i sat there for so long that after about an hour i asked “ is someone coming to help me or am i supposed to check the part out myself? i’m confused” stacy responds “you sit there and wait until someone comes and gets you’re paper to take you back there just like we discussed on the phone, very rude and smart like. i responded “yeah man we never discussed how the process works and i’m wondering what the hold up is about” after checking out the part that he said was in “good condition” i find a repainted door that was previously maroon, with tons of scratches on it and dents everywhere, rock chips that you can clearly see maroon underneath, the side of the door was almost completely chipped off, paint was faded terribly. i brought a microfiber cloth and a water bottle just to make sure that i gave the benefit of the doubt to try and wet the door and wipe dry to check the damage, told the guy “let me wipe the door to make sure that’s not just dust because i think that paints faded really bad “ the guy takes his disgusting work dirty shirt covered in dirt and debri and forcefully wipes the door leaving a ton of scratches and i said “ you just scratched that door even more” he says “oh! man i did! idk how it scratched that easy.” we go back to the shop and otw back the fuel pump goes out on the escort vehicle, i get back to the shop and say “ hey man i can’t pay $180 for that door in the condition it’s in” his response was “ i told you 180” i say “ no way bro. undoable “ i leave and say thanks for wasting my time, his response is “ no problem!” guys i drove an hour and a half to get to this establishment and got nothing but rudeness and unprofessional behavior from the place. don’t go to this place ever! all that works there is drug addicted people and that’s not judging that’s being 100% honest.

    Horrible customer service over the phone, asked about a motor, then asked if the valve cover was busted on said $4,500 motor before I pay and drive 2 hours and they would not even check it. Told me to continue on my list on inquiries.

    They have reasonable prices considering we drove from Asheville to here but I've sat and watched people come in after us and leave before us. My bro spoke to them several times and the part was supposed to be waiting. It wasn't, and we ended up waiting hours longer than we should have. Not the most polite but considering people are coming in and out of this place consistently. They try to be nice but it should be 1st come, 1st served basis. The part we waited so long for was broken when we got it good thing he paid attention because it's non-refundable... Just a heads up. But they were more than willing to help exchange on the spot.

    Had ordered a cabin fuse box and it arrived in 7 days in Florida. It was exactly the same type of cabin fuse box, just had to modify it a little to fit my year truck

    Most of the time they are great for parts but recently they have change policy to give preference to walk in more then their commercial account, called for parts they said you have to come and sit in line to have this pulled , went and found they have damage parts and wasted 3 hrs of drive time

    I bought a transmission online for a Ford Expedition. They said they would call when it was ready. I waited 2 wks and no call. So I called them. They where rude the first time I called. 2 wks later I drive 2 hours to their place of business and they still didn't have the transmission. So they say "we will get on this and call you back on Monday". Monday came and no call. Mind you this has already been a month trying to get this transmission. I decided to tell them to give money back and he said we will have your refund put back on you card. I am yet to receive my money. Do not recommend this establishment

    Because of this review they are refusing to warranty my transmission. I called to see if they were going to honor my warrantee and they told me flat out that if i didn't take down my review they would not give me my replacement under warrantee unless i pulled my review and BBB complaint. i guess their 30 day warrantee isn't any good. Update. Transmission is junk. Only reverse, no forward gears. Bought a supposedly tested transmission for an f150 from them. Bottom of the pan is smashed in and there was no filter inside when I went to install a new one. Highly doubt they "tested" it.

    Drove 5 hours round trip to look at a chevy 2500 van frame. The frame was in great shape, paid the $480 up front and 1 month later it still had not been stripped only was told they "probably wont get to it". I personally will never take a trip back there, the full amount was refunded for the frame but all other costs associated with travel were a loss.

    Went here to purchase a door for a 2017 dodge 1500. Guy at the desk tried to sell me a 3500 door complete different body style. Refused to listen to my requests to see other trucks. Was completely set on the fact that door would work for my vehicle. I knew it wouldn’t just by looking at it. Really ignorant guy I believe he’s the one who answered the phone as well also cutting me off every time I tried to give more details on my vehicle. The guy who drove me to look at the truck was nice and also questioning why the other person didn’t show me other options. I’ll never go here again and I recommend anyone looking for parts go somewhere else. Explains all their low ratings.

    Buyer beware! My husband and I purchased an engine for my son's truck. With the core charge, it was $1,800. Here are the "highlights". - Website said they were open on Saturday, but they weren't. We drove two hours one way and had to return on Monday. - Hole gouged in the oil pan probably when they loaded it with forklift. - It wasn't from a 4x4 like we requested and we had to change oil filter housing, both manifold gaskets (which had several bolts broken off) and a valve cover because the oil filler neck was missing. - We were doing this in our spare time, so it took a few weeks to complete the job. Once my meticulous husband (who is a mechanic) got it back in, the head gasket leaked. - Within a couple weeks, the engine started knocking. - We were spoken to rudely and condescendingly and was not given a refund or even a discount on another engine. We paid $1,800 for a boat anchor Would not recommend!!!

    I bought a fender for $75 from this place, they said they would call me in 3-4 days when it was pulled. It's been 3-4 weeks and still no call. I called and asked why it was taking so long, and they have no recollection of me buying the part. They said if I wasn't physically there watching them pull it, that they would pull it on there own agenda. So now I'm out of $75 and my truck still has an eyesore for a fender. This place is a joke!

    What a joke. I wish I could leave 0 stars. Left me waiting for an hour and a 1/2 before seeing the part. Then their tech broke the part, removing it. Don't waste your time or money with them

    I bought a mirror for my car door due to me being an idiot and breaking the mirror on my car. I came in with my uncle spent 15-20 pulling off the car. Bought the mirror and the worker said I’ll mark it and you can come in and exchange it if it doesn’t work. We literally tried to change it in the parking lot. We came in 5 minutes later and a different lady took us and she said we have to have a receipt but the first on didn’t give us one. You go to any other establishment and they’ll give you a receipt right away.

    It's hard to find the exact part I needed, of course I had to wait for them to go pick up the car and take my parts off. But after getting the wrong thing somewhere else, it was worth the wait on the right part! And the price fit my budget! The office looked clean and organized with plenty of seating.

    DO NOT SPEND MONEY HERE! Hit and run by one of the employees in a yard truck. Owner will not look into which one of his employees did it. They have a camera system that deletes after 24hrs and of course it was a Friday at 5 when this happened.
