    DO NOT SPEND MONEY HERE! Hit and run by one of the employees in a yard truck. Owner will not look into which one of his employees did it. They have a camera system that deletes after 24hrs and of course it was a Friday at 5 when this happened.

    Very pleasant easy experience. Bought a $4500 motor for my Kia Cadenza. Dean was professional and handled me with care. I’m on the road now pray thanks to L&L Auto Parts. Love these guys

    Bought a 4.6l engine from them and they said it only had 113,000 miles and a 30 day warranty well all of that was a lie. The truck sat two weeks at a repair shop waiting for the engines to be swapped out and on the third week it was put in and the timing chain broke causing the head to spin it was still under warranty or so I thought but then I was asked to ask my mechanic what happened and I paid the $85 to see what went on with it and then reported back to the sales person I bought it from. Then I was told the engine had no warranty cause I didn't put a timing chain kit in it. Then this morning the same sales person told me he would have to talk to manager about giving me the money back on the engine, I waited for about two hours then he grabbed a piece of paper and walk me out the door and proceeded to tell me he dont think the manager is going to give me my money back but yet assured me that they'll make it right. I was waiting on an engine for two months now I am going to talk Adam Heart an attorney who handles this type of stuff he is located in spartanburg I paid $1300 for engine $750 to have it installed and $85 to find out what went wrong with it this place is the worst cons I've ever seen but when it all said and done that 1300 I paid for the engine will be nothing compared to what I will suing for.

    I was in the unfortunate situation of needing a replacement motor from my car. I located a motor here at L and L. The communication from the staff there was terrible, costing me a lot of time and money on a rental car that was completely unnecessary. Every time I called to get an update I was put on hold or talked with someone who had trouble even locating the order. The staff, at times, were very rude. I wish I didn't have to deal with this business and cannot recommend them to anyone.

    They have reasonable prices considering we drove from Asheville to here but I've sat and watched people come in after us and leave before us. My bro spoke to them several times and the part was supposed to be waiting. It wasn't, and we ended up waiting hours longer than we should have. Not the most polite but considering people are coming in and out of this place consistently. They try to be nice but it should be 1st come, 1st served basis. The part we waited so long for was broken when we got it good thing he paid attention because it's non-refundable... Just a heads up. But they were more than willing to help exchange on the spot.

    Received a wrong part that could have been avoided if the salesman did some extra work instead of just relying on the interchange available. Not much problems so far but then after trying to get a right part and not being able to get it done we agreed for a full refund. The part was back at their possession on Nov. 8th and by the 23rd and after repeated calls and excuses finally received a refund credit. This is uncalled for. You deal in good conscience and you take people’s word. I believe the true face of any business is revealed whenever and however they take care of a problem and this company failed to show a good one.

    I bought a transmission from them and it didn't work and Dean replaced it and the second one didn't work. I'm out of $1150.00 in labor fees because of two non working transmissions. Dean said he talk to his manager and I was going to get a refund and I never received it.

    Watch your vehicles. I parked in the parking spot in front of the office and my truck was hit. Damaged the bumper and right rear corner of the bed of my pickup. They were apologetic but that was it.

    Okay, so I have been patient and tried to be understanding. But I’m done being nice. I paid $2400 for a used motor from L&L Auto out of Grover NC. The motor arrived to the mechanics shop that was going to do my work and the motor was not the one that was purchased. My mechanic made multiple attempts to reach L&L Auto with no respnse. He was told repeatedly the man named Dean was not in or was on the phone and would call back. No return call ever from Dean. Then a third party called and was informed they knowingly sent the wrong motor to the address that was given for delivery. I just want my money back but the owner said oh we don’t give refunds we just exchange. Then wanted me to pay $900 more dollars because of their error. They supposedly were within 2 miles of the known address with the replacement motor, but claimed they gave the driver the wrong address and they turned around and said the motor would be delivered Thursday, as in today. Guess what it’s Thursday and still no motor or a phone call. So, now I am a total of 3 weeks out since I paid the $2400 and still no motor. My mechanic has been patient, honest and kind. But I am fed up!!!!! I would not even give them a single star. !!!!!! Do not ever do business with L&L Auto !!!!
