I'm very skeptical about this company at the moment. Made a purchase and paid over the phone, and was told that everything would be ready for pick up.NOT!Due to circumstances of lack of help within the company I understand why my order wasn't ready for picking up. I did lose time and money, but it won't be a first time for me doing that! Hopefully the engine will last longer than the warranty provided by Southern Imports. My customer should be very happy with the product. Thanks Southern Imports and Kyle!

I was needing a power steering pump for a mini cooper and they had one listed for sale online. When I called the guy literally told me he had to see if it was worth his time to pull it and to call him back. Well 3 phones calls and a day later, he tells me to come pay for it first and then he’ll have it ready for me sometime next week 🙄

Fair Pricing and Great Service. I just drove 160 miles to pick up a manual transmission and all the small parts also needed for a three pedal conversion. These guys had the parts ready to roll when I got there. I paid the bill, loaded up, and was on my way home 10 minutes later. Thank you for the smooth transaction on these hard to find parts. -Al

Nasty attitudes. Lots of lies. Ordered a transmission sent me a broke one. This was over 2 months ago. Still don’t have a replacement. Keeps making false promises and won’t give money back. Won’t call back when I call. Definitely wont use again. Beware.

Would give negative stars if I was able. Ordered a part from them over the phone to be shipped. Part was found to be broken when they took it off the vehicle. Instead of refunding me right then and calling me to let me know they wouldn't be sending it. They decided they would just disregard everything and try to scam me. So a week goes by and I call to see what the hold up is, then they proceed to tell me they never sent it, no apology or anything. Now it's almost a month after I placed the order and I still don't have a refund back on my card. Fraudulent company, here's your warning do NOT order from them.

Ordered a transfer case from these guys on a BMW X5. My customer was in a time crunch to get out of town so he drove 3.5 hr round trip to pick up the transfer case. He gets back and they had given him the front differential 🤔. After calling multiple times I finally get ahold of someone at 8:45 am the following day And was assured that the transfer case was on the delivery truck, and would be delivered by early afternoon. At 1:30 I get a call saying they are sorry but the part I needed is bad. 3 days of waiting around for a part they didn't have... unacceptable

Horrible, I will never go here again!!! Ordered a motor from them, they said they had to pull it, said it will be next day out and ready, I never received a phone call, I spoke to a lady there she said this happens a lot, she informed me that they ordered a engine elsewhere down the road. So after 2 weeks i never got the engine!!! I confront the owner and he says that the other shop didn't have it so hell have to try to get one somewhere else, i waited waited and waited, i have still yet to get my product i paid for!! Its been over a month!!! I need my car on the road! Wow!!!! NEVER AGAIN!!! STAY AWAY!
