I think my experience was so so not too happy workers feel like they were having a rough go at things and the price of aluminum rims was at $0.80 and I got paid 60 so I believe there was some behind scenes action going on

Went the this morning with my load of tractor batteries and aluminum. The guy behind the desk doing the weights and tickets messed up. I tried to ask him about it and he brushed me off. So i came home and called to let them know I had a problem. They looked at the video and found they did make a mistake and they payed me the difference. Thank you Dave and the woman in the office for your courtesy and professionalism making it right with me. Apparently they are still having some issues with the new hires. So if you have problems just talk to someone higher up and they will take care of you. Thanks again guys I appreciate it.

Employees were rude with no since of urgency to help. They weren't even busy one had one car ahead out back and inside and still took over an hour to get processed. Truly the worst service we have received here. Come on guys get it together. Your business depends on your scrappers too.😕

I wish i could give them a no-star rating because thats the level of professionalism they have. I have been doing business here for 15 years and have never had a worse experience than I have the last 3 or so months. These young kids they have working inside are for the sake of respect I will say scam artist and the most disrespectful people I have ever met. I brought 124 pounds of copper #1 and split it into 2 buckets pre-weighed at the shop. 62lbs each bucket. I took if in and had to have them get a wheel barrel because it was too heavy for the guy to carry. I went to get directions for the aluminum siding and came back to the guy handing me my ticket staring it was only 62lbs. Yeah what a joke. The next day I took in cans and I was in the phone with my boss so I pulled along the fence line and the next thing I know I got 4 young punks walking up to me throwing there hands in the air screaming and cussing up a storm telling me I was holding up traffic. If you think the fence is traffic then I guess I was because there was no way a vehicle could have been behind me I was out onto the should along the fence. I told the front desk lady about her so called great service and she stated she would be into with her boss. She has been the utmost professional out of the whole line of workers and I appreciate her help and care. Thank you for taking care of us and I am sorry that you have such lousy people working there with you I truly feel sorry for you.

Have delivered numerous loads to their yard. Have never got a flat or picked up a nail. Was bringing scrap from a place that has their own truck scale and I can say the weight was the same. As for the people working there, it is a scrap yard, if you want people to be friendly to you, try being friendly to them.

I checked their website before I left loaded up got up there and find out they are only taking Steel ,fortunately I had a little bit on pretty much a wasted day. Be nice if they would update their website
