They need to figure out another way to let people know about trash pick other than Facebook and The Paper! One I don’t get the paper and 2 they never posted about Christmas trash pick up so when I called to find out the lady I spoke with was nasty with me about it! Now I am stuck with 2 trash cans full and have to wait a week all because they never posted it on Facebook and I didn’t know it was today 12/23 so I guess Merry Christmas to me!!!!

I am the General Manager at Winona Heritage Room and Stafford’s has been amazing to us! If we need an extra pick up because we have so many events in a row, they work us in to give us an extra pick up! Thank you so much to all the Stafford employees! You’re wonderful!!

When we were new customers, they forgot our trash twice in a row, even after we called to remind them. A couple months later, they laid an extra charge on our bill that we hadn't agreed to, with no explanation. We called to find out what it was for, and they said something along the lines of "the truck was full after your house, and we had to go empty it, so we charged you a trip charge." WHAT. So who ever's home is the unlucky one to fill up the truck to capacity gets dinged. Wow. Cancelled and went with a professional company.
