Jacob was out standing we got a flat tire was not able to drive on it and he came to the md close by help get the spare on for we could get to a tire place . I can't thank him enough for going above and beyond to help us out. My fiance said everyone in the store that worked there were also so nice thank you to them too.

This place has a couple issues going on , #1 is no common courtesy , i stood at the left most counter near the paint area for 15 minutes while 3 other employees chatted with customers after they finished their transaction, talking about hunting etc…. Finally had to speak up after helping people that came in after i have been waiting. #2. I called the day prior to ensure they had the formula to make a specific toyota basecoat , confirmed and price was about $33 for a half pint , this is the price i have before for half pints. Garth mixed it up , rang up to almost $50. Insisted thats the price despite prior transactions and pricing i got less than 24 hours ago…Get back and spray a test sample , it’s completely off and way too black , i call back garth and ask if this has anything to do with running out of black base and having to open a new master can , i explain i have had this paint code done before and it was a perfect match. He says he doesnt know and i need to see JB , 3 days later i am told he would be in , friday comes around im told he left at 4…. I told garth i cannot keep waiting on 1 person to fix this and i have to get it made somewhere else. Had it done at a small auto paint store . 100% match and what’s troubling is this store has made it before just fine same paint same code, makes no sense why its so off this time. Garth was nice about everything but really didnt give the impression he could fix the situation. Just stated they dont refund paint and he made it according to the recipe….really awful policy. either wait another week to see if “JB” can fix it or loose $50 on a half pint that is of no good to me.. I will be doing a charge back thru american express. There is a obvious trend here with the others stating they are being ignored at the counter. Up to the owner to fix it. One of the last real auto stores standing around still , i would like to see it improve and stay around.

Some experiences here are good, other times you have to make multiple trips to get the right part. You know, about the same as any parts store. Seems like you can visit every auto part store in Warsaw, and still not have the dang part you need. Have ordered parts straight off napa.com a few times.

Tall man with grey hair just stared at his computer and ignored me when I asked him a question. After waiting another couple of minutes I decided to leave empty handed rather than waste more time. Don't shop at NAPA Warsaw if you value your time!

I came in with my parents old car that needed new wipers. I love that they will come out in the rain and measure and replace your wipers for you. In and out with new wipers installed in less than 10 minutes, with friendly service to boot.

Went in to Warsaw napa to buy a new RV/marine battery for my camper. Carried the battery I selected to the counter. Employee 1 was on computer and didn't even look up at me, employee 2 came from the back, clearly saw me and said nothing then got on computer. Employee 3 did the exact same as 2, completely ignoring me. So, I put battery back and walked out. Not a word from any of them. Too bad. I used to go there but il drive the extra 2 blocks and go to O'Riley's from now on.forgot to mention, there was no other customers in the store.

I asked for a part, they said they have to order it,they never did. The older guy that wears suspenders did absolutely nothing.

Friendly and helpful. Got the items I needed without being pushy. Reasonable prices. Quick service. Store is clean and well organized. Easy in to the store. Handicapped accessible in parking lot, at door and within store aisles.

Great store well stocked had truck parts I needed in stock staff was super friendly real knowagable about the commercial truck parts I needed rare find. Local drag racer came in while I was there and staff knew and had the parts he needed in stock any other parts house would have had to special order them. Great family run business 👍👍
