This company’s customer service is terrible. They act like they’re doing you a favor For selling old parts

This place is a joke. They will answer the phone and leave you on hold for over 30 mins. Then the guy answers again and simply hangs up. Do yourself a favor don’t waste your time. Get your parts on EBay or Amazon and spare yourself the bs nonsense. Over 30 mins in hold to attempt and order a headlight. I can’t believe this place is still in business.

This place was fantastic! The people at the front desk where more than kind. I felt so comfortable walking around in the Boneyard that if I had a blanket and a pillow I would have taken a nap for days. I can't wait to go back I'm going to try to spend my fourth of July camped out it is so cool

LKQ is not what it used to be and also they don't have good service used to have and if you don't have a credit card you can't get your merchandise they don't take cash and I know why because they don't we find any cash they put it back on your card if you don't have the card you will not be able to purchase your item from them they do not answer the phone so don't call me I have to go over there have a great day dealing with them they're not what they used to be thank you

Came here for a rim & they quoted me a price 3 times higher than what I paid @ their other location to just pull it myself. BUT then I needed a throttle body & they quoted me the same price as the self pull!It was in perfect condition, I only had to wait about 5 minutes & I didn't have to search through endless rows of cars in the cold for my part!I will definitely check here first before buying new or going to the self pull especially since the staff was all really friendly & knowledgeable.

In the past great place for buy parts now the costumer service was terrible. keep in business is take care of your costumers.

I have ordered parts from LKQ since 2014. After ordering 2 parts a " Fuel Pump" and a "Bluetooth module" that I desperately need for a sold car. I have a vehicle on the rack that I cannot move because the fuel pump went out. I spoke to Mike the manager after waiting a week to find out that they will not deliver to me like they do for everybody else. I am not sure if this a racial thing but I definitely hear the animosity in Buddy's voice. He raised his voice and talked over me pretty much told me they will not deliver to me

All the auto parts you need at a good price good customer service

I know you hear this a lot, but if I could give zero stars I would, I went in there looking for a part, was told they would have it in a few days, and I'd have to pay for it now sight unseen but I said ok no problem.A week passes I don't hear anything, I call my sales representative, no answer I leave a message, no reply, so I decided to stop up there, I was told sorry we never ordered it, itll be another few days, ok wait again, same story, no call nothing and the refunded my money without saying anything. So I'm assuming they didn't have the part and didn't tell me or whatever but that's terrible service I do a lot of work on cars and so do a lot of people I know and NONE of us will be doing business there.
