    Just called trying to verify they have a vehicle I need parts from in La Grange North Carolina. After being transferred around (yes I selected parts/sales from the menu) some guy tells me he has no idea and no one can help me. He explains he is in Virginia and doesn't know what they have in La Grange, NC. Why do they even have a phone, or bother answering it?

    Well first of all let me clarify which LKQ this is I'm talking about the one that's located in Lagrange NC I'm a auto body shop dealer and let me tell you about my experiences in the last four days. 1). I had an issue with the delivery driver, I told the first sales persons at LKQ in Garner ND, that I wanted the driver to call me when he arrived In RockyMount so I could come out to meet him to pay for and pickup my parts. But that didn't happen instead he took my parts back to his place of work. Ok delaying my workers to complete our customer vehicle in a timely manner.This is absolutely not a customer first business. Then when I called to enquire about my parts the sales lady Dee at Garner business, explained to me what she thought probably happened. And she told me my parts were on the dock and I had to come to pick them up, I told her OK I will be there to pick them up, when I arrived in Garner NC to pick up my parts the sales person at the desk told me I didn't have any parts there, I told him he must be mistaken because I've just talked to Dee earlier and she told me my parts were on the back dock and I told her I would be there around three o'clock to pick them up when I got there my parts wasn't there the sales person at the front desk told me they were in Lagrange ND on the dockNow I ferious I ask the sales person if Dee were there and he said she were at lunch, just at that time she pulled up and he said there she is. So I went outside to speak to her and she told me she thought I were going to Lagrange NC to picked them up but I told her I were coming to pick them up asumming where she was, she said there was a misunderstanding. I've just driven around 75 miles one way to get these parts and I did not get them.So the next day I drove to Lagrange ND to get my parts when I got their they had a hard time finding them and then I still didn't get all of them, I were told my bumper would be in Monday 23rd. Of December, so I call down there Monday 23rd in the morning and spoke to a female sales person asking her if my bu more was there she put me on hold and came back and told me it was there so I told her I would be there Tuesday 23th. To pick it up but I called Tuesday morning 24th asking her because it was Christmas eve are they goijng to be closing up shop early she told me to her knowledge they was gooing to be closings the regular time at 5 o'clock, I told her good I'll be there around 2:40 pm she told me ok. HOLY Shit when I arrive around that time a guy that were still there told me everyone got off early because it was Christmas eve I explained to him what the lady told me and he tried to help me with trhe bumper when he went to look for it he came back and told me he couldn't find it, another long trip and gas money and time wasted because the employees doesn't know the business like they should. I'm very dissatisfied with this order from LKQ of Garner NC and Lagrange NC this order have been a nightmare straight out of HE'LL I hope this would help someone else after you 'll ace your order you better ask straight forward question and get names of everyone you do business with at these establishments because you may need them latter😣

    I think is pretty pathetic that you would have incompetent people giving out false information of what they can and cannot do. We drove all the way from Raleigh NC to be able look at a replacement seat for our truck in which the representative over the phone said would be allowed to do. We get here and we are told that we would not be able to do that, nor are we allowed to see what we are buying. They did absolutely nothing for our inconvenience. Stay away from this crooked place!

    Don't bother. In the off chance they do answer the phone, you tell them what you need and they'll have you repeat everything you just said back to them because they weren't paying attention in the first place. Simply disinterested in helping and more interested in getting you frustrated so you call somewhere else.
