I run a small vehicle reycling business and have dealt with LKQ since 2018. Specifically Sabrina whom I met in 2019. I have followed her from LKQ Riverside, San Bernardino and now this Fontana location. Always happy and ready to assist you. I'd also liken to mention Majee whom I've known for the better part of this year. Cool guy. Always sharp and will get you a quote on your junk car in just a few seconds. Thank you guys!. Hope to keep doing business with you. -Carlos M. Partme

In person everything is good but when you call or ask about prices and what not they don't assist you. Whn you call the phone number is called We Care and it's a funny because they are rude ans they hang up on you after they say you can look for it on the website. So if your having trouble exploring their website don't bother calling the pick your parts website.

Not worth one's time to go here. They're selling junk for top dollar. It's literally a JUNK-YARD but you'll be paying unrealistic prices. Camshaft here is $350, but on eBay $75 and already removed and shipped to you with 90-day free return included at no additional cost. An AC condenser here is $53, but on eBay for $55 NEW and comes with 90-day free returns. Used center caps here are $7 each, on eBay set of 4 NEW for $12..... I can keep going on many other categories. Literally these guys are up-selling junk and trash for top dollar which otherwise should have been a few dollars, considering we have to pull parts ourselves. Sometimes best way to win is not to play.

Was able to get a seatbelt buckle at 2 to 3 times less the price of eBay. Yes they add on a warranty, still way cheaper than eBay or online…. all in under $30 including entrance. Everyone was very friendly… all cars are organized into “row” and “space”. Before showing up filtered inventory online for what I was looking for, took a screen shot on my phone, found donor cars right away on-site ( rows labeled on rear quarter panel of cars nearest aisle as you walk in)… got lucky on the second car that had the part I was looking for. Most important, friendly employees, 5 stars all day. Thanks you, my son can drive to work again.

Prices have gone up pretty much at pick Your Part Fontana and Ontario. Found what I need in Offer up and Amazon for cheaper and in better condition.

They are ripped off, I went to buy a few things that needed and they charged me for a guarantee on everything. It was additional $25.00, after reviewing my receipt I went back to the cashier an requested a refund. She refused to give me the money back, she said you should have looked before paying. I have warranty for a oil stick. And for things that didn't make any sense. Stupid lady, take advantage of customers. NEVER GOING BACK, I DROVED ALL THE WAY FROM SAN DIEGO. BE AWARE THEY ARE THEFTS OUT THERE

These yards aren’t even worth going to any more, from the heavily taxed prices and entry fees. To the poor management and can’t forget the top notch customer service. Just a money grab for the investors at this point.

Went to buy parts off a car that was listed as “last chance savings.” When I was going through the gates I asked the attendant how much of a discount that meant, he said I’d have to ask the cashier. I spent half the day removing parts, but when I went to check out I got my total and was told that the last chance savings only applied to the hood I got but none of the other parts. Wish I would have known that before I put my time into removing them. They also tried to put the warranty fee on everything I was buying despite the fact that it wouldn’t make sense for 90% of the parts I needed. If I didn’t ask after being told the total I would have paid a bunch of extra money for no reason.

Of course, it's a park and it's well kept, but I don't know what grudges are. Ya es suficiente?

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE FOR BUSINESS . the lady who works at the yard ( white lady ) doesn’t know how to write checks properly, on top of that , the service is HORRIBLE .. having me call just to wait for a call back that never got returned .. did i mention this happened 4 times back and forth over the phone to where me and my husband went to the actual location .. where you guess it !! the lady at the front just turned us away with YET ANOTHER UNPROPER CHECK . Not to mention how rude she is .. not only did i have to go through all this distress , they have yet to work with me to fix this , i’ve had to pay $ out of my own pocket just to also go back and forth to the location due to this happening . they play with peoples money . all and all just FIND A BETTER PLACE 🤗

This is by far the best location to me out of the bunch. It is well organized, the staff is friendly and not power-drunk. They treat you like you are a customer and not an inconvenience. I find some incredible deals every time I have driven the extra mile past 3 other lots, one being 5 mins from my home in Wilmington . It is worth the drive, trust me.

A plus is when one of the employees handed me an inventory of the vehicle that I was requesting. But the checkout guy said that the year between 99 and 2003 it should fit no problem. it didn’t. I paid for the warranty and they redeem my money. It’s clean and organized. I’ll even take my kids for a picnic there.( ◠‿◠ )

I couldn't have been to a worse place. After repeatedly being hung up, by the automated system they have when you call, I decided to go out there, because in the photo the car was complete and had all the parts that I needed. When I got there and found the car it was completely stripped. Talk about a huge waste of time.

I was going to buy a new switch on Amazon for 40 dollars but everybody said try LKQ instead. So after 3 hours digging thru multiple cars scattered around the lot, I finally found my switch. Final cost was 75 dollars and they threw in a free body pat down because they think I was hiding other parts in my skinny jeans. Just remember that your paying for the experience as well. Where else can you pay almost double the price and be accused of being a criminal at the same time. After you have been exonerated you almost forget that you paid double the price for a used part versus buying a new one.

Rude customer service from the guy at the checkout window. I was just trying to get my core returns $20 after spending $247.96 I misplaced my receipt changing my parts in the parking lot. I paid with my debit card around 2hr ago. The return is going back to my card away yet he kept trying to agitate me to refuse giving me a refund.

A total and complete disaster, I went to one yard to purchase a rear shock of or my car and they charged me $9.47 plus tax . Then I went to a second yard to purchase another one, and the cashier said that the price was $32.76 plus tax. I then called the corporate office and explained what the problem was, and all they did was give me the time around for almost four hours. Very frustrating situation to say the least.

Bad customer service i ask in the front door for a vehicle , they send me to customer service inside but i had to pay. They didnt had a vehicle but when i ask for a refund they just said it was my problem that i had to check my phone for inventory. . So whats the point of asking for help and getting charge the entrance

I was selling a vehicle to LKQ. I told them the documents I had they told me it was fine. They told me that they would be at the property at 8-10 am . After I called 3 times and they couldn’t give me a real time what time they would show up. Finally at 12:04 the driver calls me and told me that he would be there in 10-15 mins. After all this they said that they couldn’t buy my vehicle due to the paper bill of sale that I had. I wasted all of my Saturday morning on them. They are unprofessional and incompetent to do their job.

Pretty much this place is self service in the fullest term. If there were self checkouts there would be no need for employees. I attempted to bring my transmission jack in the yard to make the process easier but was not allowed due to policy. Understandable. Once I removed the transmission I took it to the counter and paid for it and requested help to load onto my vehicle but again they said they could not help because of policy. I have always received help at other LKQ's but this one is I guess in a league of its own. Good thing I found a good samiritan around the lot to help me out. Perhaps he could run the place better.

If you're a DIY type person LKQ is for you. From radio buttons to motor's & transmission's they have it. Bought a heater control switch for my silverado on Amazon last wk. for $127.00 they sent the wrong part. went to LKQ on Boyle found one for $32.00, I have heat now. 😁 👌🏾

SICK of competing against parts collectors. Junkyards are a waste of time and money. What was 500 for a motor is now 750, if I pull my own motor. I hope this place goes out of business.

Most horrible service! From going to the junk yard and calling the place for questions. We went all the way to the junk yard to ask about what we need and they didn’t want to tell us nothing! Gave us a number to call and we call and the lady and she was so rude! Wouldn’t even let us talk. Don’t bother with this place. Would give it 0 stars if I could.

Do not seel your car here. They are thieves that pray on the public so trying to sell a volvo and oscar the inspector said it doesn't have original catylitc converter so knocks off 100 dollars from already a poor price offered for the car talks to Oscar the manager and gives same reasons theoretically original and after market converters must have same parts and materials especially because California is a very struct emissions state but they will point out anything to give you less money I will never come here to purchase parts nor sell a vehicle again
