A great place to find parts for your car. I called ahead and order the part and it was waiting for me. They are remodeling the building, so you have to look for the customers entrance sign. Small parking lot, because of the remodeling. Customers service was great. The part came fast, and they called me right away.

Hard to get parts and hard to get service the place used to be running a lot better they will always be my last choice for auto parts last time I went I got a steering box that was so Rusty I didn't even want to use it

Still on hold as we speak, plus can't look at the inventory at all on the site. I'm looking for parts not a career.

Called about a radio for my car that bf had just called about and the guy was beyond rude. No customer service at all. Didn't put the right year in and then kept screaming that the number had to start with f or b. All attitude. I have worked with plenty or farmers and mechanics and this was not just shop attitude. I'd rather drive in silence the rest of my life then give that guy any money.

Had the greatest customer service today from a very helpful and patient gentleman! Best part is that the part is being delivered to me the next day! Sure I waited on hold for 20 minutes but it saved me hundreds of dollars. good service means customers are coming back so I don't mind the wait, when it was my turn it certainly paid off! You well definitely retain my business. Thank you

Waited hold for nearly 30 minutes with no answer. Called back and got an operator who sent us to someone's voice-mail! Can't give a good rating when you can't even get anyone on the line.

This is a great place to come to very welcoming I got to speak to the manager Tom and I spoke to Rita over the phone about an issue I had with a online purchase Tom helped me out and understood of what I was talking about he said no worries ill take care of it I will definitely keep buying specially from this location in Janesville Wisconsin

Tried calling the Janesville, WI location multiple times only to be put on hold for more than 30 minutes all 4 times before hanging up. Janesville's inventory is also not available on their website, so if you're looking for something local, you have no choice, but to call and wait on hold, or go somewhere else like I had to.
