Never again. Used their towing service but they ruined 3 out 4 of my tires. Complained to them about it said they would take a look at my tires. Never bothered to come check them out. Had chunks off of my tires. No reimbursement. No call back. Not professional at all. Now I’m left to pay for 3 tires I didn’t mess up. Service: Car towing

I was pretty sure my truck had electrical issues and needed towed. The truck showed up in about 20 minutes, and the driver listened to our description of what the truck was doing. He then tested the battery and alternator, jump started the truck, and recommended we replace the battery right away. It was an extremely reasonable fee for a very professional service. Jay is great! He was extremely helpful and courteous. He was also SAFE concerning the current virus situation. He even wiped my keys down before he gave them back to me with a disinfeting wipe. Jay is highly proffesional and was able to get my car into a very tight garage. I would recommend Jay and Bernier's to any of my Military friends. Cost of service was also what i would expect. (not inflated due to the current state of affairs).
