As a professional, this company is very unprofessional. We ordered a transmission for a customer and expected to get a transmission that Had a chunk of the housing missing. We were charged $1400 for a transmission that they know was broken. The lady said still put the transmission in the customers car. Then she proceeded to say,” they won’t see it or know that it was missing part of the housing of the transmission. We were still charged a 20% restocking fee even though It was not our fault. Right is right and wrong is wrong!! If you treat all your customers, this way, you will not get far!

This company is an absolute scam and a nightmare to deal with! My mom spent her hard-earned money to buy me a transmission from them, and from the moment we got it, it didn’t even work. It was completely broken and useless. When we reached out to them, not only did they refuse to give us a refund, but they acted like it was somehow our fault! Their customer service was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. We trusted them, thinking we were dealing with an honest business, but instead, we got scammed out of our money. Now we’re stuck with a broken transmission and no help or accountability from them whatsoever. It’s disgusting how they treat people—taking advantage of customers and refusing to make things right. I wouldn’t wish this experience on anyone. Please save yourself the stress, money, and frustration and NEVER buy anything from this company!
