Amber who runs and responds to text is very unprofessional and rude. She doesn’t know what she’s talking about. Don’t work with these people.

Not a great experience with this company. Scheduled to have my old Saturn picked on a Friday and no one ever showed up after multiple calls/texts to Amber. Amber texted me the next day looking to reschedule. Confirmed another pickup for the following Friday. Called and texted Amber again and was completely ignored again. Still confused as to why my calls and texts were ignored.
