Amber and team were incredibly responsive! They kept me informed every inch of the way, and did exactly what they said they would do. Dealing with a wrecked car can be very stressful. These people did everything they could to ease that stress! Thank you!

Not a great experience with this company. Scheduled to have my old Saturn picked on a Friday and no one ever showed up after multiple calls/texts to Amber. Amber texted me the next day looking to reschedule. Confirmed another pickup for the following Friday. Called and texted Amber again and was completely ignored again. Still confused as to why my calls and texts were ignored.
