Went here with well over 500 lbs of communications cable. About 99 percent cat6 with a small amount of coax mixed in. By small I mean maybe 25 lbs of coax at most. One of the workers watched me unload my truck and fill 2 bins (he could clearly see the small amount of coax mixed in).The scale guy brought one bin up to the scale and proceeded to tell me that since there's a little coax mixed in he could only give me $140 for the 300-400 lb bin. He said if I took the coax out he would give me $250 for the bin. Which is still less than alf of what Everett pays. I believe he assumed I needed the money and let me go through the effort of unloading the whole truck under the assumption that I would take whatever they offer. I proceeded to take my scrap back and will be going to Everett tomorrow. I've been in the cabling business for 15 years and have never had an issue with a scrap company.Take my advice and make the trip to Everett. Max Levine are crooks and should be out of business.

My church recycles copper, brass and other metals with max. We heard about them from our plumber. Prices are good and the wait is not usually too long. I recommend them for recycling and keeping the environment clean and healthy.

Had a nice load of copper and brass plumbing. Very convenient, helped me out with containers. Decent prices and close to my jobs. Prices were at a high and I was surprised how much my scrap was worth.

My company regularly sells its copper wire to the Levine co. And are never disappointed. They bring us bins and containers to fill and bring it to their scale with their lifts. Their prices are good and they explain the process well. Highly recommend

Worst place in Lowell ma. I went there with a 100$+ of copper today, the guy wanted to give me 77$ for it, what a joke. I ended up going to westford ma ,scrap yard, got 98$ for it. Normally I go to Betty's scrap in Lowell, they have reasonable prices, but they where closed. If you could make the trip head to westford ma, or Hudson nh. Try to avoids these low balling peeps. Smh
