On March 11th, we had an episode with our cargo trailer while on our way to Las Vegas via I-15 South near Nephi, UT where we broke a spring which also caused a flat tire. After contacting Triple A to set up a tow we were transferred to Chris with May Automotive. Chris was very prompt at responding and getting us towed to Harmon Tire as they were not able to accommodate our repairs. This is a great company! We were traveling across the country when we had cylinder misfires and no one would help us because they were booked out two weeks. These guys were also but squeezed us in and changed our bad spark plug and got ya back on our way! So grateful for them! They went out of their way to help us and pushed us to the front of the line and got it done in less than an hour. We had a safe trip the rest of the drive.

Excellent experience with May Automotive. Our suburban quit working abruptly, and the guys at May responded quickly with a tow to the shop. They diagnosed the problem and had it fixed in good time. As we waited everyone was friendly and very accommodating.

I was lucky to have AAA dispatch Kris to come tow my truck at camper after breaking down on the highway. He was extremely professional with getting everything hooked up and was easy to talk to during our 45 minute trip back. Our water pump blew out while passing through town. Honest, fast, nice and reliable. I cant say enough good things, they even talked us out of towing it to them to save us money due to the close distance. Highly recommend them!!
