August 15, 2021 - Recently had some issues with my alternator while traveling through Utah. I had to overnight in Nephi and get the parts from the local store when it opened the next morning. The staff were very friendly, helpful and we gracious enough to lend me the required tools for the alternator replacement. I was thoroughly impressed with how helpful and courteous these employees where at the store. Great job and I will continue to shop at your stores.

Our car broke down in Lynndyl Utah. We were headed to a funeral in Delta. We could not find a mechanic that was open on Saturday. We towed our car back to Nephi, late on a Saturday afternoon. Thank goodness they had all the parts we needed We purchased the parts. They loaned us their tool cart and use of their bathroom. We did not get done on Saturday. They let us leave our car in their parking lot over night. The next day we returned and my amazing husband, with Orielys tools was able to finish the job and we are traveling home, 5 hours north.

The Nephi store was incredibly helpful! My husband sent me with a list of items to pick up and they helped me find them all. They were also great to call other stores to find some unusual spark plugs for our old boat. I would definitely recommend them!

Went into tonight since my wife’s car was having issues worked with both Brayden and Barbara I have always chosen to go to O’riellys and by far this location was the greatest experience I have had. Their knowledge was exceptional and they both helped us out tremendously with troubleshooting and research. I will be definitely going back there to work with these individuals in the future.

Unfortunately the sold the last set of chains they had for our truck before we got there. But that isn't their fault, and they were friendly and helpful when it came to other things.

This'd be a good place to sell parts, if they d stock any. I ordered some in and the warehouse called em back, I guess u have like5-7 daze before they go back. So hurry in, they will not tell you before they send em back. What a policy. Good luck
