    I had an amazing buying experience. My family have all gottem cars from here. Trinity was the best and made it hassle free for me unlike other dealerships I had been to prior to Summit that were very pushy. If he's still there in a few years I'll be back to see him! Otherwise I'll be back to summit!I love my new Jeep!

    I started coming to the dealership a little while after buying my Jeep here in 2020. I met Eric and he was so great with explaining details that anyone else would just pass by and keep talking about the problem with the vehicle. I've come back every time since and using the coupons from Mopar is super helpful. Eric is the main guy in the service department ( I believe) and he is a great one to have. He really cares about the customers needs especially when it comes to their vehicle. I've heard him with many other customers and not only is he personable hes professional.

    Best Experience ever.. time was taken to meet my family needs. Reminded me of the old Flanders and patch with Dan Perrier. We sat down we talked. They listened very carefully. Would but recommend summit to everybody!!!!!

    Went in for a Chevrolet but that one was being serviced Curtis showed me a ram 1500 and I love the truck. Dealing with Curtis was a great experience. He takes the time to feel how you are as a person and finds a vehicle that not only fits your needs but also fits your style. Everytime I go in he is right there asking how the truck is and if I am happy with it. Unfortunately I bought my truck while they were selling summit to Mcgee so trying to get the work done to the truck for it to pass inspection has been an ongoing problem. Paperwork was misplaced and the owner of summit didn't want to cover the work that I had already paid for. Eric from service and Curtis from sales had been working with me to get all the work done. After my last visit Mcgee said they would cover the costs of the repairs that were already supposed to be done when it was summit. I would go back again in the future and buy a truck from Curtis and Mcgee for the care for the customer that they are putting forward.

    I had a 2007 Pontiac Grand prix for 9 years which I wouldn't give it up unless I got the Jeep I wanted and the price. Summit was great working the figures out with me! The sales people were fantastic, so friendly! I got my Jeep and I am really happy with it !!!!!

    This dealership is fantastic at scamming people. The salesman wouldn't give me the price of the vehicles, claiming they "go by monthly payment amount" when helping you choose a car. The guy basically told me he would sell me any car I wanted and didn't really consider what I could afford. I chose a 2016 Chevy Trax, purchased in August of 2019. They sold me an extended warranty when the factory warranty hadn't expired yet. I checked the website when I got home as I didn't have cell service at the dealership and found the listing for my car was still up and the price listed was almost $2000 less than what the selling price on my paperwork is. That doesn't include all of the taxes and fees, I'm talking the literal sales price, the one they wouldn't give me. The salesman left me a voicemail the next day begging me to send more customers his way, which seemed a bit unprofessional to me. Some of the trim flew off on I-91 after less than a week of owning the car, and they put up a fight when we asked them to replace it. And to top it off, I took the car in for a recall a few months after purchase, I think December or January, and didn't get it back for almost a week. They had advance notice we were bringing it in, but took at least 2 days to order the part because they planned on just welding it. The part was so damaged that luckily they couldn't do that, but it made me question the extensive inspection they claim they do on all used cars that come in. I like my car, but if I'd know I wanted to buy a Trax then I would've gone to Dillon's Chevrolet.

    Be careful of this place, typical "car dealer" shenanigans. They sold us a car they didn't have, assuring us they were trading a vehicle on the lot to another dealer for the one they were selling us. After doing all the paperwork and financing they told us they would be in contact in the next couple days to deliver the vehicle to us. I ended up having to call them multiple times over a week later. They couldn't get the car and proceeded to string us along saying they were still negotiating when in reality the car had already been sold to someone else. Wasted our time and, as expected, blamed "the market right now" instead of owning up to their deception. Awful service and terrible communication.

    Great dealership very transparent through the entire buying process. Even though they didn't have the vehicle I wanted in stock they went above and beyond and were able to locate and swap in the vehicle to their own inventory just to save me the time and trouble while helping me get exactly what I was looking for! Will most definitely be back for all my vehicles!

    I have a friend who is part owner of this dealership. And wherever he goes, I go. I trust him and his service department without question. His present Service manager is a gem. Eric is a true professional. I tell my friends about him after every visit I make there.

    I had an issue with my used Jeep that had nothing to do with Summit that no one else seemed willing to help with. I emailed the dealership late and quickly received a call from Curtis who was more than helpful and accommodating. He is in sales not service and yet he followed up with me to get it repaired. He didn’t have to do this. Also, the mechanic, Rich, quickly diagnosed to problem and helped us out. Everyone should buy a Jeep from these guys. In a world where it seems everyone has a problem for every solution, these guys delivered.
