Just found this place today. Prefer their service and work over what I’ve experienced at the dealership. They use quality synthetic oil and are very reasonably priced. This is going to be our shop.

I recently moved from Las Vegas to Laughlin, searching for a new place to service my car. I picked this one, as it is family-owned. After my first visit for windshield blades & a low tire, I visited them. Super friendly, retro waiting room (loved it) & got it done within a half hour. Another guy waiting had more work to be done & they had a courtesy shuttle to take him home rather than waiting 3 hours there. I definitely found the right place!

We are from Utah and needed repairs for our van. Vernon was so wonderful and kind. I can't say enough how honest and professional this company is. Go get your work here you will be glad you did.

Excellent Customer ServiceThere are many car places, tire places and shops in this area. But not all have the courtesy and professionalism that is required and needed in order to be successful in maintaining and growing their client base. Mid Valley has wonderful people who work there. Vern and the staff a professional and courteous. Wait time is usually very reasonable I have taken my cars to Vern for 10 years. I won't go anywhere else. If your looking for good car/tire care I totally recommend Mid Valley Auto.

Went in today to have 4 new tires put on. In and out in a flash! We will try again for other car issues. Very nice people
