"This part is still bolted to the vehicle. Please allow 24 hours to remove." What that really means is- you'll get it sometime. I ordered parts that they claimed would be ready in 24hrs and here I am 6 days later still with no parts. Every other part i ordered from California, Georgia and Ohio already arrived but the two parts that were supposed to be 15mins away im still waiting for!

Mostly a great place to find auto parts. Staff are also very nice. Selection is pretty good. Make sure you EXPLICITLY tell them if you want to opt out of the "extended warranty" if you don't they will not refund it - even if you haven't left the counter. Seems like the state attorney general should look into these unwanted charges they forcibly addon.

Hi, don't buy from here, and if you do, bring your Carfax report. I bought a transmission that supposedly had 65,000 miles. I installed it in my car, but it wasn't working properly. A week later, I checked the Carfax report, and the latest one showed 110,000 miles. I went back to the dealership and explained that the transmission didn't have the mileage they told me it had and that it was malfunctioning. And guess what? The saleswoman, Ana, said she needed a trouble code and that it didn't matter if it wasn't the mileage they told me it had. I took it to a mechanic, and he couldn't find any code. A week later, it started malfunctioning, vibrating, and wouldn't go faster than 40 mph. I went back to the dealership and explained the situation, and they still said they needed a trouble code and that the mileage didn't matter. I asked to speak to the manager, and he told me that Ana was the manager I was speaking with. So, be careful with the mileage they tell you.
