Drivers unsafe and rude. Picking up trash on east side of North 3rd 1 block north of 92 in Oskaloosa at 5.45 am Tuesday morning. I was going around truck when he decided to pull out and crossover in front of me to go west on side street. I missed the accident by the grace of God.

Paid for monthly service and after 2nd week they wouldn't pick up our trash. Was never overflowing, always in bags, lid closed, in proper place and everything. No one at that places knows what anyone else is doing and no one can do as they say. Horrible buisness. Service: House & garage cleanouts

I have an elderly friend who is a severe diabetic, blind in one eye, has a serious case of diabetic neuropathy in her feet, which means she can't feel her feet touching the ground. She has extremely poor balance, but this garbage outfit will not give her any assistance, which means they want her to carry her trash cans down to the street. The distance from the street to her trash cans is only 25 feet. They expect her to get the containers to the street even in the winter time. They have refused to help her, and at one time charged her extra because she couldn't get the garbage container to the street on time. If you can find someone else.
