Came in to get the battery in my truck replaced.The 2 guys that did it were quick, professional and knowledgeable; it was all the more commendable because the computer flat out said the battery was hard to replace. One of the guys was even wearing a medical boot for a leg injury and still worked on replacing the battery.Even better, they did it on a day that was literally freezing with high winds and snow and ice on the ground in the parking lot and did not complain at all.Highly recommend and will personally consider O’Reilly’s my first choice for auto issues.

The O'Reilly's Auto workers are extra helpful. They communicate about complex auto issues in an understandable way. I would definitely recommend going here for your auto needs.

Today they were the only place in pella that had the part I needed on hand.

I had a fine experience, but an older man walked in wanting his fuses checked because his lights had gone out and he couldnt see well enough to check himself. The male employee refused to even take a look saying it was close to his lunch time and the other guy in the store was too busy (the older guy and us (buying tape) were the only people in the store). My husband help the guy, but for an auto parts store that's not acceptable.

They were quick to locate the part I needed and then we're very informative and helpful in my decision to purchase a tool that I have been wanting and needing for some time now. Excellent service!

This store has gone downhill. I’ve gone in multiple times under new management and everytime it’s worse. This last time I walked in needing parts and Phil was asleep sitting at the counter. Walked out, went across the street and got the best service I’ve gotten. Go to car quest or Arnold’s!
