Whoever answers the phone is very rude. Quoted a ridiculously high price for salvage parts. Hung up on me before I could ask about tires. Found everything I need through a different business... For $200 less.

I had called to see if they had a ECU for a 2011 RZR 800. The lady said she would call me back which she did everything was good. I double checked with her to make sure this ecu came out of a 2011 and she said yes it did. I called back to make sure this 2011 didn't have power steering she checked and said no it did not. Before I ordered I made sure to ask if they guaranteed there parts and once again she said yes they do. Well the part comes in and its off a 2014 rzr with powersteering. No big deal I figured I would call and they would say no problem we will take it back since everything they claimed this ECU was wrong. NOT they just said they don't do returns on electrical which I totally understand but the part wasn't even what they sold me on the phone. I even told them I would pay shipping I just want the cost of the part back they still refused. Big mistake on my part but I figured with it being a business they would back there word.

Great people to work with over the phone. I asked for a stock resonator on a ZR800 and they took no longer than 10 minutes to find one and call me back. Their pricing is more than fair, and the delivery time was surprisingly fast! (3 days, ordered on a Friday right after thanksgiving) I recommend to anybody looking for sled parts to give Mohawk a call!

Called to see if they had a part. He was rude, I will never buy a part from there. I will pay full oem price instead of giving them a penny. You try to support local businesses and stuff like this happens and that's the end of that.

Called for a hard to find discontinued brake drum for an old Honda four wheeler . They just took my number and said they would call me back . No call...kind of got the vibe that I was bothering them from the minute they answered the phone . As a business owner I try my very best to help everybody to the best of my ability. Isn’t too hard.
