So I have totally forgotten about this Lil spot! Its tucked away, and kind of easy to miss as a whole, however I truly never forgot it was there per se I just don't have it pop up in my mind when I think of Auto parts places. I can tell you for sure, after my experience the other day this will indeed change. I will most likely make this my first go to place because I have never been so welcome and helped with questions as I was on the day I visited while seeking a hard to find part. They did not have the part needed, not surprised but what they did offer was alternative solutions and nobody else bother to even go there. They also were quite versed in their knowledge in general and that was always a comforting feeling that they're willingness to help on something that was troubling us was beyond anything we expected and their kindness was 10 times above that. I will be a return customer for sure!

First time here and I like it, I was looking for a specific part and they had it. Well stocked and the staff was very helpful and the prices were a little lower than the big chain store's. We'll be back.

Customer service is awesome. I had purchased some parts the day before, but had to return them, because they were not the correct ones. When we went in to exchange them, Brianna and Kevin were very helpful in finding the correct ones. The two of them worked together searching for about 20 minutes, even with the phones ringing non-stop, they were able to juggle the phone calls and help us the whole while being very calm and friendly. They were persistent and didn't give up. Even better, yet they were able to find the correct parts, which they had in stock. These two employees were professional, and easy to talk to. We will definitly be be coming back to the Antioch location in the future.

The people at the counter are fast, knowlegeable and efficient. Different than big chain store they have everything. Dont be discourage by the look from the outside.

I've been going here for 20 plus years Most of time always dealt with Tammy Which is awesome worker A notes or stuff for parts Ishe's a Ford person so who don't like a Ford person. Thanks Tammy for all your help

Very helpful and knowledgeable. Had our car battery when Costco didnt. Better prices and less waiting than AutoZone, And there are a few stores in the area from which they can pull your part and have it ready at this store for you in a day or two if by chance it's not in stock..
