Louis came and quoted the job, which was to remove all of the construction debris from the job site and I accepted his offer. During the clean up when his trailer was getting full, I pointed out that there was some broken up bathroom tile that he missed and he told me that it wasn't included in the quote and it would be extra $60 to haul away. I reminded him that during the quote I specified that I wanted all of the construction debris removed, which clearly included this broken up tile. He refused to remove it, and proceeded to tell me that the tile was too heavy and his trailer was already heavy and getting full and how he wouldn't make money on the job. I told him that the deal was to remove all of the debris from the job site and if he miss quoted me that was his fault. I just wanted what was agreed upon. We kept going back and forth in a very unprofessional manner and I finally just said to clean the rest up and that I would handle the tile (which was really not that much more weight).All in all, he was trying to swindle me for more money, he wasn't professional, and I DO NOT recommend him.
