Just got back from our local Napa Auto parts store ,had no problem returning the product I bought from their west side store, always great service and quality parts and tools. I'm a lifelong customer due to their quality and parts that fit and last!

They had All parts we needed in stock prices were very Good then on top we bought a 5 gal. Napa bucket which gave us 20% Off our total purchase, Saved us $40 bucks !! Thank you Napa

The owner gets in his own way and treats his drivers like dogs while cashiers and supervisors just stand around. I wouldn’t buy from them especially since some stuff comes pre messed up anyway.

Very helpful staff. Prices are more than competitive for superior products. Batteries in particular are far more reliable with much better warranties, and installed at no charge. Highly recommended.

I have done business at your store for several years and have received courteous and helpful service. I asked my wife to pick up a few items today and the man who waited on her was rude and would not look up my ag tax exemption. His comment was “This is the best we can do.” He made my wife very uncomfortable.

I needed a new car battery early on a weekday morning, and these guys jumped on it and finished in less than 15 minutes. They were thorough and careful in cleaning the cables and doing whatever it is they do with the car's computer. No hype or hard sell, just get it done.

Rude employees that dont know much about the product they are selling.

Most of the time I love going in and Napa but one guy in particular who probably should be working in the makeup section at Macy's knows nothing about vehicles and pisses me off every time I go in there so I rate this on this wonderful day 1 star only because I have to

My battery died on my on my lunch break and I got lucky that a good samaritan took notice of what is going on and pulled his car next to mine and offered to help. Turns out his name was Quentin and he works at this Napa. He was so helpful and got my car started so I could get back to work. When I had the chance later that afternoon, I asked a coworker to jump start my car so I could get over to Napa to buy a new battery. Quentin was back at work by then too and again was very helpful. He replaced the battery and cleaned the connections on the cables. He also ran some diagnostics and determined that my alternator was going to need to be replaced soon too. He helped me price a new alternator and determine if I should do the repair myself or have it done. I am so grateful for his prompt service and positive, helpful attitude; I will definitely be a loyal Napa customer going forward.
