Well, I cannot say enough goodness on how well I was treated. Tito, the manager was outstanding. He helped out immediately with filters on a C15 Caterpillar. He also escorted me to the tool room and found me a battery charger at a phenomenal price. The rest of the crew was outstanding as well. Many thanks NAPA!

Pretty sad customer service for one. Secondly, how does the manager not even know NAPA’s own brands?! I went in looking for a Maxi Trac compressor, this is a Napa EXCLUSIVE brand! They had no clue what I was talking about and to top it off they offered zero assistance nor did they even ask what exactly I was looking for. If you’re going to operate a large chain store like this, at least know what your company carries and offer some sort of assistance. But, typical Roswell behavior, head in the sand and rude to top it off. Will be contacting Napa Corporate for sure.

I bought a few filters here once, they told me they would be in, in a couple of days , I told them it was fine and went ahead and payed for them. When I went to pick them up they told me they had sold them to someone else after I had already payed for them when I originally came in. They did not have any other ones in stock so i wont be coming here anymore

Our semi broke down between Roswell & Tatum yesterday afternoon,,, needed an alternator and belt,,, Bert actually went above and beyond the call of duty and brought our parts to us when he closed the store.. Bert and his friend (sorry I don’t remember his friends name) are 2 of the most upstanding and courteous young men I have ever had the pleasure of meeting.. thank you so much for the knowledge and help you brought to us,, and ESPECIALLY THANK YOU gentlemen for following us into Tatum to make sure we made it!!
