The 2 STARS is this locale ONLY as I like NAPA, always helpful with fair pricing & for the most part friendly employees. Just don't get why this store on Lewis St closes on SAT where most self doers work & need things. (maybe do to location [move] or their focus on bigger business)

It's a pretty good store for being just another chain parts company. Good for the basics as well as the occasional over the road truck parts. The staff is usually pretty good. They also have a small selection of tools for sale. Probably the best option in Pasco for parts.

Generally able to get you what you need if they don't already have it. Although, last time I was in, their motor oil was cleaned out empty. Seriously, no one could figure out to order more? (Not like everyone suddenly decided they needed an oil change at the same time.) They had plenty of filters though.

Extremely helpful people here. They were on top of things, I didn't even have to ask for assistance. I thought I knew the location of the part I needed to replace, but it wasn't there. The gentleman that assisted was on top of it. I didn't even have to go inside and ask. Not expecting this as normal service, but, wow.

My 3rd trip to this store and I don't find anything that resembles customer service. I stood at the counter for 5 minutes last evening while the girl working looked through a catalog while helping nobody. The other two times I had to leave without being helped. I have a business in the same block and understand how hard it is to get help. I tried to get the managers e-mail so this review wouldn't be public but was just put on hold. We wonder why customers are going to the internet.

Quality parts, respectful workers. I will shop here from now on.O'reilly sold me damaged parts and they couldn’t even apologize! How rude!Napa the way to go.

Best stocked napa that I've been to. They were really nice and helpful. Three buildings for them to get inventory from. The service was fast also.
