Paid for my order online using the new installment program. There was an error in their system that apparently made me pay a second time when I went to pick up my items in the store. When confronted at the register they accused me of lying and not paying, and when I found I was charged twice I was told to contact online customer service.Online customer service said there was a 'pending' refund and to wait 3-5 business days for my money. Well it's past the time frame and when I called customer support Again they accused me of Lying Again and said there was a refund posted. There Was Not. So I'm forced to file a fraud dispute claim with my bank, while this corporation screws me over RIGHT BEFORE rent is due.Never using this store again.

These guys always have what I need! The prices are fair, the service is quick. They even helped me isolate a pesky fuse issue with one of my tail lights. They have a great selection of synthetic oils, and good prices on the larger sizes if you do your own oil changes.

Must have picked a bad day yesterday. Needed help with a battery for my car. Had it parked outside the door but counter person wouldn't come out. Sold me a battery, said take it home install it and bring back the old battery for a credit. Got home and its the wrong battery. Went to Auto Zone, they came out - looked at the battery and helped me install a new one

I needed a new starter for my car, gave him my info and they gave me the exact right part. Fit perfectly just as expected and my car is starting every time now. I did get the rebuilt starter because my car is about 8 years old, happy to reuse what can be reused.

They checked my battery and although I need a new one and cannot afford it at the moment they were so sweet as to offer a couple options and advice. When I am able to purchase one I will be back. Thank you for your kindness today as I was ready to have a meltdown.
