    I worked for a shop in placerville and got a battery at the end of summer and the battery left me stranded, so I had aaa put in a new battery I called Napa to return the battery and was told there is no record of my purchase so I do not trust Napa because they cheat honestly and can’t take care of the people that make their business! Very unsatisfactory in my professional opinion! Jennifer would not take this matter seriously, unprofessional people for sureJust wanted to add that I called the store and let them know about my review that I posted and no one called or responded to my bad review. These are the people that for over a year have talked with me and sold me thousands of dollars in parts.! Over a junk battery that they don’t want to stand behind the store and it’s people show how unprofessional they are!

    As always, terrific service. For an auto novice like me, they're always extremely helpful. They have a good selection and a clean store. The price was right and service was prompt. Jeff helped me figure out my new purchase before leaving the store. I've never gone wrong in this or any Riebe's store. Will definitely be back!

    This store is the most dependable parts shop in town. If my car has a minor issue such as windshield wipers or a new battery I go here. The staff is always helpful and I dont fet talked down to just because I am a woman.
