    C&H has been my go to auto parts store since 1986. My family has been shopping here since phone numbers started with letters. If you need it they have it, if they don’t have it, they’ll have it for you the next day.The staff has always been extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

    Thank you Lily for you amazing kindness, I called from out of state to get some help for my aunt that lives in the Placerville area and you were extremely helpful even going as far as making phone calls to find someone to install a battery in my aunts car. One of the corporate stores were willing to help if they had the time and staff to do so but right from the get go Lily was willing to help and I greatly appreciate her.

    I always try to use local independent businesses but this is the last time for C&H. No consideration. No one had on masks except one older worker. No distancing. Totally reckless. In the past they did very well but not now when it really matters. On my way out a teenager entering with an adult actually took off his mask and put it in his pocket after looking in the door. Great example. No one will take this pandemic seriously if our local businesses don't.
