Very disappointing experience today. I have shopped NAPA stores for decades and have never left the store feeling this way. Normally very friendly helpful staff but,not today. I Ordered 4 platinum filters and 4 jugs of 5w-30w synthetic oil during the April sale because their inventory at the time was zero. They called a week ago and left a message the order was in. I was out of town and not able to stop in until today. The counter person would not honor the sale price. I told the clerk it wasn't my fault they were out of stock in April. He said "we called you when it came in" I told him I was out of town. His response: "oh well" I said "that is unfortunate" to which he said "I guess it is" as I walked out.Maybe he was having a bad day however,it is not hard when your business is customer service,to say"let me check with the manager to see if there is something we can do"-Scott B

Expensive but have almost what you need for odd jobs. Needed a pair of vice grips they had a pair that worked and some pb blaster
