I normally don’t write bad reviews for a business and give them the benefit of the doubt. Being business owner myself I know the difficulties but I had to write one for this company. This is regarding a incident that occurred on October 8th with my wife’s car. She got flats on 2 of her tires on south Kelly road, I called my friends at Quinlan’s Tires to go and see if they can fix her tires and get her going since she was on her way to pick the kids up from school. Quinlan’s got there within 15 minutes but said the car needs 2 new tires they are not repairable and they did not have the tires in stock. They suggested we have the car towed to there shop so they could order the tires and get it going the next day. I called Napa Tow they said they can be there in about an hour, being Friday I said that was fine. My wife waited and waited no one showed up. I called to get an update and no answer, I left 3 messages on the answering machine and no return phone call. I finally called Bob’s Tow from Vallejo, they showed up in 15 minutes and towed the car to the shop.I was so disappointed in Napa Valley Towing they don’t even deserve a 1 star review! People call tow companies at time of distress and they couldn’t even answer there phone or call us back to give us an update? All they had to do was communicate yes we will be there but a bit late or we can’t be there call someone else. For AAA members seeking a tow in Napa, I recommend asking AAA to send another tow company (such as A & T Towing) instead of this one. I had a bad experience with this company's driver and a mixed experience with its office staff.

I had the morning from hell! Ran over a pallet that flew off a truck and my tire blew out. Wait time was a bit long, but completely didn't matter after Franky showed up. His 'go getter' attitude fixed everything - even my 'why me' attitude that I was holding on to. Someone's approach really does make a difference and Franky was just the man for the job. He quickly assured me that he could fix my issue and get me back on the road. Franky mentioned that he was a new employee, so I figured I'd let Napa Valley Tow Co. know that they've got a gem in Franky! Thank you!!Service: Tire change

Do not try to flag down there battery truck the drivers will probably just run you over but the dispatch is very nice

Waited over 2 hours. Told Dan, the manager, that my truck was lifted over the phone prior to the tow truck arriving. They have towed my truck before. Dan said the lift was ok. Once the driver showed up he made-up all different excuses why he couldn't tow it. Ultimately they claimed it was an AAA policy. AAA said it is at the vendors discretion whether or not it is safe to tow, but it isn't an AAA policy not to tow lifted trucks.Dan didn't apologize, he made up several contradicting excuses. He blamed me for not being more specific about how tall my lift is. FYI it is only a 2" - 2.5" lift, nothing crazy.Unfortunately they have an AAA contract. You can file a complaint with AAA and I will be doing that.

Terrible staff! Rude and mean employees. Unprofessional service and communication. Worst towing company I have ever dealt with.

Dont bother booking with these guys. They complained that a 70 mile tow would take 3 hours, then would lie to AAA about your car being a purchased car so they cant tow the car.

I can not say enough good about the whole crew that work here. They care!I was lucky enough to have them called to pick up my truck after I had an accident. From the moment they hit the since I knew I was in good hands.Finding out my insurance was not going to cover me or my truck left me a bit in disarray. This was not good timing.I sat in their office for 3 hrs that day waiting for a ride and trying to figure out how to proceed.The crew could tell I was in a hard place and helped to make the situation way better for me.I can not thank them enough! They took the time to see me and care.These is a family run small business of good people.
