Great customer support. Didn't have what I wanted in store but had it the following day by 730am. Nice.

Everyone here is always helpful and courteous. Any parts they don't have on hand they can order and usually have in stock within 3-5 days. Even with all the virus issues regarding shipping they seem pretty on top of it.

Bad service. Unprofessional when treating people. Super discriminatory. The "boss" made a lady feel bad just for not knowing English. It can be said that the "boss" is Mexican. Apart from the next person from her, He also made her feel bad about the same thing.His solution to one of those ladies was to say "well, go to Auto zone" with a mocking tone.

Love this store , every time they get it right , great are always full stuff, every one is super friendly here and knowledgeable always willing to go the extra mile ;) Definitely love Oreilys auto parts store here in napa ;)

Thank you Daniel for opening your doors after hours (after I scared the hell out of you from my pounding) so I could get a coil for my buddy's hotrod broken down on the side of the road South of town. Got us going again by 11pm. Again thanks for going over and beyond. Really appreciate it!!!

Makenna was very helpful and provided excellent customer service.

Amazing store. I purchased a new hitch ball and the employees went out of their way to help me change it out. One employee even put the hitch on his own truck to make it easier for me to remove the current ball. They were so courteous and helpful that I will use them for all my business in the future.

I just wanted not only the public but the company to know that Tanner helped me and fixed a problem so that I wouldn't have to pickup a tool I needed a you didn't have the tool for me to buy however he thought fast and loaned me the tool out of your loaner tool's instead of losing a customer. Great service. I will be back because of this.
