Came in here looking to get a window for my civic. They were even nice enough to pull it for me and have it ready. On top of that when I came to pick it up one of the bolt holes was snapped. These guys were so nice they took an extra 30 mins to heat gun the broken one to remove it fixed it and made it ready to these guys rock. They got my business

Kim and her husband were exceptionally honest, friendly, and compassionate while helping us find a used car. They were willing to work within our budget and on our schedule. The car we ended up choosing has under 180k miles and drives well. The entire process only took about two hours from the time we showed up and took a test drive until we returned and discussed the cost. I enjoyed my visit there I loved the gal at the counter she was very funny. It was the end of the day and I am sure she wanted out of there I was last person there and she was in great spirits and some very good looking guys work there. I was with my boyfriend he was getting parts for a Honda someone stole the parts out of and then just junked the car well they stole the car then took what they wanted.

Definitely a great place to go for parts .... however don't try to get over on them .... they will know and you will hear it..... but a great atmosphere and the inventory is constantly changing.

Spoke with Dave and paid for a automatic transmission for my Jeep Cherokee. I had to wait for them to pull it from vehicle and I was fine with that. Came in to their place Friday 8/18/2017 to pick up the transmission. Dave had me back up my Jeep so the yard worker can put it in my vehicle. The yard worker hooked the transmission to his forklift with a chain and put it into the back of my Cherokee. I tried to stop him from backing out because the chain was going to fall and damage my bumper, which it did from him accelerating fast in reverse with not a care for my vehicle. I asked him kindly why he didn't stop, so he came at me full sprint and pushed me hard and said "You want a piece of me". Instead of saying anything back to him I walked back into the building and told Dave what happened. Dave was very polite and apologetic about his employee assaulting me. Then the manager named Kim came out and said that she has cameras and videos. I waited for her to view the camera footage for a half man hour and then told me the camera is broken and that she doesn't know who the believe. I was very courteous to Kim but she got very verbally violent, so I left and called the police. While waiting for the Sheriff to show up, she comes out and now nicely asks what she can do to put this behind us, but then the Sheriff shows up and says he doesn't have time for me because he has 8 other calls and that I don't have a case unless I was bleeding to death. The Sheriff said I could leave and no report will be taken. Unbelievable!

Be careful when buying tires from this place! When they removed the tire that I wanted from the wheel, they tore up the inside edge of the tire. So now it will never properly seal to another rim, it is a useless tire. I didn't notice until later after I had already paid for it. I tried to get my money back since it was their fault that they ruined the tire when dismounting it from the wheel. They don't do returns. I can't believe they don't know how to properly remove a tire from a wheel without ruining the tire. I should have checked the tire before handing over the cash, but I guess I just trusted them to do their job. I went down the street to another tire place, and they actually knew what they were doing.

Totally unprofessional. I was overcharged for a junk part and then told they would see what they could do for me. Never called me back. I called the next day left on hold for 15 minutes, disconnected, left on hold again just being ignored. I will never order anything from these fools again. Not worth it. The place is junkie and unprofessional.

keep trying to give them business as they are close to where i live over the last 2 years and i end up driving to Shelton or Tacoma to get my parts. just tried to buy a steering shaft(the shaft between the column and box) and they wanted to try to sell me an entire column saying it was 1 part.....wasted my time looking in the yard to search for the one vehicle they had for me just to come back to the office to tell me they wouldn't sell me the part.

Car was held for 30 days. Checked on the vehicle to get paperwork and belongings out of it a week before auction day. Went to pay the fee and get my vehicle the day before the vehicle would go to auction. Vehicle had slashed tires and spark plugs ripped out. Employee vandalized vehicle so they could buy it at auction for cheap. Vehicle was in a secure area. Do not recommend, dishonest employees hired by dishonest owners. There are other businesses that are not as shady and dishonest as this one. Support businesses that don't deliberately screw over their customers.

When I called about a part they didn't have I was told that a competitor should have the part. I called the other business and they were able to take care of me. Not a lot of businesses would do that, and Nisqually will be the first call I make next time I'm searching.

If you want to go somewhere to buy a car with a sketchy background well this is the place. Their cars haven't been registered in years and still somehow have higher miles. All cars are beat up and have some questionable body work behind them. Very easy to spot. Anyway thought you fellow reader should know this before you make the mistake of buying a car from here

The woman behind the counter is very rude real bitchy attitude knows absolutely nothing about civilized conversation after telling us we couldn't buy the part that we pulled from the vehicle we left all items we pulled for over an hour out there she Had no problem running us out the door while cursing and screaming the entire time very bad Customer service horrible experience do not recommend this junk yard it is also littered with ferell cats roaming the yard large debris in ALL WALKWAYS! Very dangerous to navigate thru no order poor Customer service HIGHLY RECOMMEND PICK N PULL TUMWATER

I called these guys on a saturday to sell my wrecked saab that I used as a parts car, they took my details and called me back monday, and a guy came down that day to look at it. We agreed on a price within minutes, he paid me cash on the spot, had me sign over the title, filled out the report of sale and told me how to file it online with the state within minutes to release myself from the vehicle. He was real friendly. They came and towed the car away the same day.

Terrible customer service. Half the time you''ll only get hung up on. None of them have a single clue what they're doing there and what bottom prices are for their cars. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST!
