Waited for 2 weeks just to be told they haven’t even pulled my part yet. Absolutely 0 communication was made to me which is ridiculous. Seems like they are very unorganized and need a serious lesson on how to communicate with their customers. I’m not happy and will never go through them again. Service: Vehicle recycling

Great customer service, very helpful, super knowledgeable, and willing to work with you. If they don't have a part that you need they can find it. If you are in a pinch they usually find a way to find you a used part to get by. Like if you can't afford a new battery tell payday they probably have a cheapo used one to make do until you can afford a new one.
