This place is absolutely top notch!!! Their website is easy to navigate with clear pictures of what you're ordering and the ability to text a sales person with any questions. I ordered a tire and received it well wrapped in plastic exactly as described. Shipping was lightening speed fast and the price was very reasonable. I'm very happy with my transaction and the item I purchased.

Dustin and Rodney were the best to work with!! They were very kind and helpful on everything I asked. Rodney even measured his car to see if the bumper I was buying would fit in my car before I drove 3 hours to pick it up. They are Gold seal certified however in my experience they dont follow threw with this. Received my side mirror with broken piece and called to let them know they said they would replace it. When I picked up new mirror this one had more broken pieces then the other one and the piece I called about being broken on the 1st one, was not even on the new mirror. Completely broken off . Good thing I looked at the mirror before I left and found this to be the case......someone is not checking the items being pulled and sold.....when pointed out to sales man he found the problem in a few seconds. I would hope after calling letting them know the 1st mirror was missing pieces they would care enough to make sure your 2nd trip out there, that the new mirror is a good mirror all pieces are there. This is what Gold certified represents and they have it all over there site and when you call...we are Gold certified on phine..yet not me experience Unfortunately the front desk gal not friendly, I didnt feel welcomed..they kept looking at the computer sceens, not i yi gow can i help....when I said im here to exchange my mirror she said ...what...so I repeated and explained she didnt say anything or even look at me just typed...Seemed to not care to be there....poor customer service in my opinion... and when I asked don't you have a policy to check the product before sold...after seeing this mirror they were giving me has broken pieces...she said I dont know 😕 🤷 hmmmm...who dose know... I would hope an employee working there. Alan expressed sorry we didn't meet your standards....hmmmm....you choose to be Gold certified and set your own standards and didn't follow threw. I feel most would perfer a product without broken pieces. As a customer Check your items as they stated each product is different and it's hard to see whats wrong with each one as there all different. Check at store to help aviod more trips out there as there testing and inspections poorly done for me. Gold certified checklist sesction 7.08 all items checked during and after dismantlimg for collion damage and evaluated before sold to customer To be certified
