The overall purchase of my Dodge Charger was easy. My original questions were answered via email. When I arrived all the paperwork was in order, and it only took a few minutes to complete the sale. Steffani Patterson was my sales representative and made sure all my questions were answered and that I was completely satisfied with evert aspect of the sale. The entire staff was friendly including the service department making it a very pleasant experience. I would recommend this dealership.

We were searching for a specific car and salesman Jimmy Wiseman was able to provide the car. He and the dealership were very easy to work with. The car was filled up with a full tank of gas and ready for us to pick up the next day. We got a decent trade in amount. We were very pleased with the entire deal.

I just purchased a 2021 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon EcoDiesel from Norris-Northup and could not be happier with the way I was treated. After my local North Carolina dealerships didn't want to put in the effort to find me the Rubicon EcoDiesel I wanted, I found Norris-Northup online. I negotiated the deal over the phone with Dave Fennessy, flew into Charleston WV two days later, Dave met me at the Yeager airport and brought me to the dealership. Between when Dave and I made the deal over the phone and when I landed, I received calls from Jason Northup and Russ thanking me for my business and confirming that everything was good to go. Once I arrived, the owner Mike Northup came over to say hello and thank me, and then his crew, Russ, Jimmy, and Dave got everything taken care of in record time. Jimmy had all the finance paperwork & out-of-state registration/documents prepared when I arrived, and in less than an hour I was ready to hit the road and head back home with my Jeep. When I hopped into the Jeep, the DEF light came on but the shop guys (can't remember their names) had me back on the road in less than 20 minutes.To be frank, I was a little worried I'd get the "you're trapped here now"-bonus charges, but all my worries disappeared once I met Dave, Russ, and Jimmy at the dealership. The deal was the deal, based simply on my virtual-handshake over the phone with Dave. I didn't pay a dime more than I anticipated. Mike Northup has a great crew working for him and represents the Jeep community well! If every Jeep dealership operated the way Norris-Northup operates, the Jeep world would be a better place.Gallipolis isn't the easiest town to reach from where I live, but it was well worth the effort and a quick/cheap flight. All told, even with the price of the flight and fuel back home, I still saved a few thousand dollars over my big city dealership's prices just by flying there. Even adding the time to get there and back, I've spent more hours and energy trying to make a deal with dealerships a few miles from my house.I have owned Jeeps for 30 years, Cherokee, Grand Cherokee, and two Wranglers; the Wrangler Rubicon EcoDiesel is an awesome piece of equipment! If I ever need to buy another Jeep in the future, Dave and the folks at Norris-Northup will be my first call.
