Outstanding job!! I came here on 12-4 at 12:27pm and Andrew helped me install a light and OMG the kid was awesome and so friendly! You need more employees like him! Will be returning!

Best place to go. My car's remote had some rusty screw that wouldn't come off to replace the battery. These guys helped me out with that. It was very old key and it was really not their job to help me with that but still they did. Such a pleasant experience it was.

I was facing problem in returning a part that's under warranty. Other stores weren't able to accept the return and made me call corporate office and gave me some tough time. The manager at the store is knowledgeable and he quickly resolved my issue with a smile. I loved the experience.

I "NEVER" leave bad reviews but I had to leave this one. If I could give less than 1 star believe me I would... the customer service was terrible to say the least!!!! There were only 2 people working the counter on a Friday night (okay I get it) things happen... but that wasn't my problem. The counter people never once acknowledged any of the 6 or so people standing in line for more then 5-10 minutes without moving. Some lady named Esther walked past everyone at least 3 times without even establishing eye contact. About 5 minutes after another walked out I returned my item and left as well. If they were giving away freebies I would go... that is the truth from my heart and I guess it is what it is. The store won't be closing without my business but I promise they'll never get any of my business!!
