Wow what great service. I don't know the older gentleman's name but he helped me test and swap out 2 batteries in a rental RV and tried to do it quickly while still helping other guests. Wish I could thank him again!

Nice friendly great customer service stores always clean and orderly and they try to get you in-and-out quickly with the correct product. I pick up items from my husband and our business all the time at this place and continue to go back because of the great service and the way the store handles our business

It was Halloween and they were very professional. I purchased a car battery there, I had an issue, they replaced it. I could not have had better customer service. They also have some very nice staff members make you feel great about shopping there. Thank you O’Reilly auto parts.

I love love love the staff in our local O'Reilly's, they have never once treated me as "The dumb girl" when I go in and ask questions or just flat out order what I need! Always helpful and never ask if I should verify with my husband BEFORE I make a mistake!!

Salesperson was very friendly and helpful. They had just what we needed.

Our friends came to visit us and when they were leaving on Sunday morning they had a dead battery. We took the old one down and matched up the batteries, only to find out from the employee that Nissan had the wrong battery in the vehicle from the factory. Thank you O'Reilly

I'm from Vegas and was driving to Kingman to pick up my 1 year old niece, wasnt expecting rain all the way there but it did. My wipers were not doing the best job and it was very stressful. I stopped here and my cashier Rebecca was extremely nice and helpful and the man (I feel terrible I forgot his name) with the long blonde hair installed them for me. I really appreciate you guys! O'Reilly's Auto parts store customer service is spot on just like true values you ask him if they know it to lock you to the process till he didn't even have a Linda tool service that you don't lend you the tool and you can go right outside and if you need help you can ask him and I'll help you they'll walk you through the process as you're doing it

Ok place with helpful employees. Seems to be less wait times than their competition across the street.
