I need a windshield wipers before I went on my trip to Alabama the guy was so helpful he came and got my blades for me and put them on he was very respectable I love shopping there

We were headed south on 69 and there on the left was an O'Reilly with a big OPEN sign lit up. So we slammed on the brakes and turned left into the O'Reilly. I got out of the truck and went to the door and it was locked. Now I'm a little miffed because my long bed truck doesn't turn around so easy. Maybe y'all should shut off your OPEN sign when your closed.

Pryor O'Reilly has no clue, the guy working sold me the wrong light bulb and back wiper. Said he can't put the bulb in because it was too complex. Drove over to Catoosa O'Reilly a very polite young man, much younger than the grumpy man at Pryor put both on in less time than it took me to pick up and purchase.

Nice fellas man to help me find out what code was on my 2019 Express see if I was going to breakdown in the next 5 miles or I can make it back to Wisconsin. Thank you sir I appreciate your help.

Today we stopped in and a guy named Stephen really went above and beyond to get the headlight fixed for us. He really took his time & showed us how to do it next time. Very helpful. Customer Service was AMAZING!!!! THANKS GUYS DEFINITELY A NEW CUSTOMER HERE!!!!!!

It's your own fault if you get the wrong parts. You can't identify it yourself is the problem. Leave the kid you bought it from alone he sold you what you asked for

Not so helpful staff, act like they don't want to wait on you at all. Too much of a pain to look it up on the computer.

Ordered my part. It came in on time. My check engine light was still on... They came out & checked it & said it was fixed just needed to reset it. Very nice people.
