Extremely helpful staff. Was looking for a way to repair a truck to get back on the road, and they really went above and beyond to find the correct part for me. This was not the first parts store I had visited that day, but it was the only one that seemed to know anything. They were also the only ones to put in any effort to help. Can't thank them enough!

My plan today was to buy a cabin filter and a turn signal bulb for my vehicle. I also needed a set of drillbits and cleaning products.15 unacknowledged minutes waiting at the counter. I had 3 different people pass in front of me with no acknowledgement at all, until I get anxious and ask for help. Veronica happened to stop for a second in front of me and she said she was going to see if I could be helped. Turns out they didn't have in stock the bulb nor the filter I needed.Never coming back. Auto Zone it is.

Like all O'Reilly's Auto parts the staff is the best. Always knowledgeable and friendly especially at this store. This store is loaded with everything that anyone might need for car repair. Anyting they don't have in stock they can bring in the next day. I always shop O'Reilly's Auto parts for everything.

Horrible phone service!🤦🏽‍♂️ I Called for a simple quote on brake pads for my Nissan Sentra, They placed me on hold over 5 mins. I understand. overall, funny part, I’m still able to fill out this review while still being on hold... 🤣... I’ll just look it up myself👍

Good I guess but they never have the oil that I need the O'Reilly brand w10-40 high mileage I guess that's the most popular one or I should say in demand. But the people that work there are always ready to help and very professional they never carry themselves in a unprofessional.

Store was clean and stocked well. The salesman don't hound you but once they saw me searching then they did ask if I needed help. And they did help. Thank you.

Competition gives better discount, but oreilly usually stocks parts that competition has to order.

This store location is in a great place to locate right on Harvard Blvd. The staff there was great. They helped me get the parts I needed for my car. There friendly and very helpful. Thank you guys for the great service.

Best auto parts store I have ever seen. Orillys auto parts people are nice , helpful, and friendly. If they don't have it at the store when you ask for it! 9 out of 10 times you will have that day.
