If you want parts go somewhere else. I ordered a torque converter from them 2 weeks ago and today I find out they canceled the order they say they called and informed me but they never called me they never called anybody at my house or anything like that. Go somewhere else is all I can say I've never had good service with them

Charged me for a separate extended warranty I never knew about or agreed upon. To me, that is an unathorized purchase. When I discovered this on my receipt at home, I immediately emailed the store manager, but got NO response at all back from them. I will NOT be doing any future business with a company that allows this kind of practice. CHECK YOUR RECEIPTS AT THE STORE!!!!!!
