If I could give a -5 star rating I would. There is a reason their reviews are so bad...Because they are not nice people...

The guy up front didnt let me go inside because of my shoes. He said i needed normal shoes. What??? My shoes are closed shoes and normal. Ive been coming here for years and have used this shoes before and no one had ever said anything about my shoes. This is crazy.

Called over the phone to confirm they had the part I needed, drove from out of town to get there, not only did they not have the part, they don’t even have any model of my generation vehicle in their yard. Told the guy on the way out that there weren’t any vehicles of that type there and his only reply was “Alright”. Second time this has happened.

Went in to look for multiple pieces and glad we didn't find them all because i would have gone broke. All i found was a windshield washer spray nozzle the size of a dime and they wanted $10 for it. As for their scrap prices even worse Over 800 lbs. I received $6 so my 800 lbs. of scrap wouldn't even pay for part. WILL NOT BE GOING BACK!!

The Hempy Hour

Made one phone call and the very next day, at the time they said they were coming, they Quickly scooped up a car I needed to junk. Dude was super nice too ! And, because I was just wanting it out of my garage, I didn't even care to get any cash for it but...totally suprised me with some cash too. So..quick, polite and honest!!! Right on!

If a business is going to change their hours, they should change it on their website and communicate that to their customers instead of putting a piece of paper on your door so when people get there thinking the place is open till 5pm they have a note on the door new hours closed at 4pm! Their prices paid are not good compared to other locations also and most of the people there are not friendly.
