I was please to find a low mileage engine {41k} for a reasonable price through OEM. Because it came out of a wrecked vehicle, there were two bent valves that I needed to get repaired. OEM reimbursed me the cost for this repair. Since I had the heads off for the repair, I had them cleaned and milled. Once I got every thing cleaned, I basically had a new engine that I put in my 2008 Tahoe. I've driven it nearly 5k miles. Very pleased!

Overall good experience with this business. I ordered an NA Miata engine from them due to non-availability from other outfits. High price vs other places, but one in the hand is worth two in the bush as they say. I am generally pleased with them. They kept emailing me with my wife's name (cardholder) instead of my own (in my signature line of every correspondence), but I guess that's inconsequential. I would buy from them again, and that's ultimately what matters.

I was in need of a transmission for my 92 Mazda. Though the price was high, but OEM was the only place that wasn't some scam artist trying to take money from me for nothing. I had a hard time trusting them too, but the transmission was delivered to the auto parts store in the closest town to me in a timely fashion.Same as any used part of that nature, it has its little troubles, but it performs its desired function as well as any thing else in that 30 year old vehicle does.

I paid extra to have the part overnighted (from CA to FL). I was told they should be able to get it out that same day. Despite my phone calls it was not shipped until 2 days later, and it was shipped from a place that's just a few minutes from me. I could have walked there and got it sooner.

THEY HAD A AC PART FOR A 1985 CHEVY K 5 BLAZER THAT I SPENT WEEKS TRYING TO LOCATE.THERE COMPANY WAS VERY HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY THRU THE ORDERING PROCESS.VERY FAIR PRICING AND PROMPT SHIPPING IS A MAJOR REASON THAT I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND OEM AUTO PARTS.

So far ever they said has come to pass. Great people to work with when looking for hard to find parts. Haven’t installed my system yet but can’t wait looks ready good.Well I installed the command unit into my car, and it’s not working… All it does is come on shows the Mercedes Benz logo and that’s it. It will not go to any other program radio or service that it should be showing. I’ll call the Mercedes dealership tomorrow as I heard they need to be programmed. We’ll see.. if not it’s time to call OEM back

When I realized that my 1988 K1500 truck was going to need a knuckle, I checked locally and a nearby Pick a Part but could not find it, I then went on line with a salvage site and received many calls from vendors and settled on OEM because they convinced me they knew exactly what I needed.
