I purchased a used Toyota from Brennan and traded in my car that was no longer drivable. He treated me with respect and kindness as the Sales Manager and Finance manager did.I would recommend this dealership to anyone wanting a fair deal and to work with a great group of people.I have had service work done at this dealership also and their staff is excellent too.Looking forward the them servicing my vehicle also.

Tyler was very wonderful about getting me in right before closing. My tire had a nail in it and I was able to get in at 4:45 to get it fixed before they closed at 5. Whenever I need an oil change, everyone is so accommodating to helping me. Whenever I get a service, they go above and beyond and I appreciate that very much.

I bought my Enclave from Okoboji Chevrolet Buick and I trust them to service it as well. It is very helpful and appreciated that they pick up and drop off my car from work. I also feel comfortable talking to the service folks and they explain things to me - much appreciated!

I went on Kelly Blue Books and Jen called me on Wednesday to set up an appointment to sell my Buick for Saturday. I called around 9 to inform her that 11 was not going to work and that noon would be better as I couldn't find anyone to watch my son. We did arrive around 11:30 and the man, I can't remember his name but a sweetheart that directed us was extremely professional, you could tell English was not his first language but he was so informative! He showed us the popcorn, drink area and waiting room.... We waited almost 2 hours, and nothing, when I went to ask for my keys back from him hesaid, "They Haven't gotten to you yet" and I said, "No." He said, "I'm sorry but as you can see Saturdays are our business days." I didn't respond as nothing I said next would be good. I would NOT recommended this place if they were "that busy" which they were not when we arrived they should have told me when I called them.... A family with 6 kids arrived about 45 minutes after we did and they got in before us... I'm a single mom just trying to make ends meet and a family with 6 kids were more important.

Service department put motor in our 2013 GMC Sierra diesel and did a great job! When nobody else wanted to do it they took on the job! Thank you guys for being dependable and having great customer service..

We were able to schedule an appointment for an oil change and they got us in and out in no time. I love the efficiency that has come with being able to schedule an appointment rather than waiting.

I have had a terrible experience with this dealership. First, they sold me a Tacoma with a rack and tent system. After buying the truck I was contacted and told they were suppose to take the tent off before selling the truck and I needed to bring it in so they could remove the tent. I decided to be a fair person and return the tent but was not offered anything in return. They then took 7 weeks to get the title from the lien holder and I had to pay a late fee for my plates since it wasn't registered within 30 days. I also bought a Dodge Journey for my daughter and they were supposed to order a part that we could pick up. When we arrived to get it, each department pointed fingers at the other departments stating it was their responsibility to order the part. In addition, they claimed to have checked it out before it went on the lot. An independent garage examined the Dodge and found two of the motor mount bolts were missing. How was that missed?? I have never had this type of service from a Toyota dealership. Liberty Toyota in Colorado Springs has certainly spoiled it's customers with five star service. This company is lucky to get a meager one star at best.

I went for an oil change mid morning on 9/13/21. The service men performed the task quickly and replaced two filters with my permission. They also discovered a problem with the struts and were able to replace them in a timely fashion with an appointment I scheduledl for the next day, 9/14/21.Also, I brought in another car with a very low tire at 4:00 p.m. on 9/13/21. The serviceman found a nail immediately and even though the oil change waiting line was stacked 3 cars deep in each bay and another car needing a tire change was ahead of me, they managed to get to my vehicle within 15 minutes, well ahead of the expected one hour waiting time they gave me.I very much appreciate the always great service at Okoboji Buick
